    In late 2019, I joined two other Israeli criminologists and a health risk communications expert in a research project to study the suppression of scientific dissent around the topic of vaccines. At the time, none of us could have ever imagined what was looming right around the corner.

          Thank you for the description to the link.
          It was my mistake. When I read about Jeremy’s new ‘tune’ I understood it to mean that he had written a song. I didn’t realise it was referring to a cartoon so the penny didn’t drop until you pointed it out to me.

I presume that most in the Solari community are familiar with the report “Strengthening Global Systems to Prevent and Respond to High-Consequence Biological Threats” from November 2021 in which a monkey pox pandemic is predicted to occur in the fictional country of Brinia (sounds like Britain) on the 15th May 2022.

    The curious thing about this paper is that it was prepared by the Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI). I was wondering what an origanisation ostensibly dealing with nuclear threats had to do with such a pandemic health scenario. According to their web site, ‘The Nuclear Threat Initiative is a non-profit, nonpartisan global security organization focused on reducing nuclear and biological threats imperiling humanity.’

    In this interview Monkeypox: Was COVID Just a Test Run? Dr David Martin traces events back to 1952 when President Harry Truman gave power to the WHO, and ever since they have been looking for ways to terrorise the public. Monkey pox is just one in a list of many such undertakings.

    Dave also tells about how Dr Jonas Salk basically gave penicillin to mankind by not patenting it, much to the chagrin of the pharmaceutical industry which then sought to increase the demand for penicillin by causing a syphilis epidemic.

    just found this May 2021-paper by Germany and UK.

    “Since 2019 the Future Analysis Unit of the Bundeswehr Office for Defence Planning (BODP) has been working with the Development, Concepts and Doctrine Centre (DCDC) from United Kingdom on a Strategic Implication Project “Human Augmentation – The Dawn of a New Paradigm”. The base of the collaborativ work was a cooperation agreement between the BODP and the DCDC.”

    I recommend the passages on page 13. (and the whole document actually)
    “There may be a moral obligation to augment people, particularly in
    cases where it promotes well-being or protects us from novel threats. It could be argued that treatments involving novel vaccination processes and gene and cell therapies are examples of human augmentation already in the pipeline.” So that’s what’s been happening, in their opinion. I am sorry, but I am one of the people who cannot fathom how these people think.

    I was of the opinion that there was a provision in my country’s constitution (after the atrocities Germany committed in WW II) that no citizen should be the object of any state action (or just a cog in the wheel), but they were to be considered as subjects …silly me to think that this also should apply for “benign” applications such as possible “human augmentation”. “Moral obligation to augment people”?? Oh – and moral obligations always seem to justify the use of force by definition…

    And Germany is in the process of changing its constitution in order to accomodate the 100 billion Euro increase in the defense budget.

    little anecdote: the document actually refers to “Emanuel Kant” and his stance on vaccines…that’s how far general knowledge has deteriorated: the man was called Immanuel Kant and is the author of the categorical imperative: “Act only according to that maxim whereby you can, at the same time, will that it should become a universal law”…
