  1. This is a follow-up on How can the Fed grow its balance sheet? I believe they were created as the instrument to create money via debt and sell it to investors mosly foreign until two years ago. They now are the largest buyer of t bills. How is that possible or even legal. Or is the answer they just do what they want. Where do they get the money to buy this debt that they issued. Again how can you make up money to buy money you made up? Plus when they grow the balance sheet if they buy tresuries as an assett what is the liability to offset this and who owns that liability? 1. Interesting.

        Manufacturing data. An old trick.

I remember a friend in grad school was told by his major professor/research leader to “create” the needed data. He said forget it and left the genetics field and went into law. I bet he is glad he left “science” in the 1990’s.

  3. Dear Catherine and John,

Very much looking forward to this week’s M&M. I just came across a wonderful piece of pushback (one of the best I’ve seen all pandemic long), from London:

    https://www.bitchute.com/video/e1SV_8Ae_7g/

An audience member at one of “Professor” Neil Ferguson’s lectures called him “a f**king murderer”, and received a round of applause for doing so!

If you haven’t already decided the line up for this week’s discussion, would really appreciate if you considered it for inclusion.

    Thanks,

    Thomas

    1. He deserves people showing up and doing this anywhere he tries to push his drivel.
