  1. Could the concern regarding concrete side-walks have anything to do with liability?
Here in the Detroit area, we have a Trip and Fall Law firm that advertises on the local news-radio bragging of their million-dollar win on a case that had been declined by all other law firms.
Certainly, “concrete-leveling” is cheaper than re-pouring all those “concrete squares” (I’m clearly not familiar with the correct terminology.)
But, in any case, it should be considered that the apartment management are not angels either.

  2. I have subscribed to Dr. Mercola’s newsletter for years. His posts got to numerous for me to keep up with, so I changed to receiving his emails to once a week.
One thing that bothers me about his notices is that they are filled with teasers requiring you to link to his website to find out what he is describing. It would be nice to have a clue about what the newly discovered miracle cure is before taking the time to go to the website sometimes.

  3. I haven’t been able to access the comment section for Money and Markets lately. Where did it go?

    1. Your questions has been converted into a support request, so we can resolve the issue on Solari Support.

  4. Hi Carolyn. I believe the 2 types of valuation you were speaking of, relative to insured valuation in the event of an insurance claim, was 1. Replacement Cost, (RC), where your personal property and structure too if a replacement cost endorsement is on the policy, can be replaced at current mkt values, or rebuilds can include current ordinances, and 2. ACV, or Actual Cash Value which would be reimbursement inclusive of depreciation.

  5. RE: The Dr Mercola topic. I think one can still review his content and he is still putting out some useful content. I did research this mystical advisor that Mercola is using. My assessment is that it is a demon. I can no longer trust the products. Do your own research.

Anyone who would have Bahlon in their life is not someone I wish to trust or have interactions with.

    1. Also, oddly, Marcela has, quite recently, reversed his position on sugar in the diet. He now says it is necessary. Huh?
