1. Loved the discussion on SpaceX. Except for Starlink, which is a viable niche market, and it’s $ 11 Billion in revenue (which will likely grow pretty incrementally), I see absolutely no basis for a $2 Trillion valuation. You could not launch enough satellites or other cargo to justify that valuation in a hundred years!

   I also thought directly back to Enron, how they were putting outrageous values on worthless barges sitting on rivers in Africa-

   Yet Elon can now call himself a Trillionaire for awhile until it all comes crashing down? Who is buying these SpaceX shares?

   This all made me nervous enough that I sold my crypto on the news.

2. You are my most expensive subscription and have covered important issues and I love you all. Revelations of the machinations of the pathological syndicate and their sociocratic hangers on are useful to learn how best to push back in my personal situation.
   That being said, I wonder why more attention isn’t being given to the reasons why “Israel” has such power over US.
   Should I only expect investment advise when I have long thought the whole system is like an invasion of the money changers.

      Have spent some time on how that portion of the National Crime syndicate grew in importance, got Israel created to give them sovereign powers and how they grew, especially in outpowering the Vatican syndicate. This is one of the reasons we promoted Whitney Webbs books and work, I think these discussions are threaded throughout the quarterly discussions with Farrell and different interviews, so you may not have heard some or many of them. If you have suggestions on sources that you think would assist to fill this out, please do post.

   During the application process the banker told me I need to take a picture of my face and then take a picture of the inside of my mouth.
   I said “why” she didn’t know and I asked her to get a manager. She reached out to the manager by computer and the manager responded by explaining that my mouth will verify that I am not a Robot.
   At that point I was leaving that bank.

   As always, what would I do without your M&M’s but remain in the shadows unaware of all that is happening around me, especially the good stuff? Yeah, push-backers!

   In this latest M&M report, I perked up when John discussed the Cambridge study that used AI to identify a common target among the sarbecoviridae (i.e., coronaviruses of which SARS CoV-2 is its most notable member) in order to design a vaccine that would, in one fell swoop, decapitate all such viruses so that they would no longer pose a threat to humans.

   Of course, it goes without saying that if Baric et. al. had not been using the bat coronavirus to develop a human bioweapon we would NOT be having this conversation at all.

   Back to the Cambridge paper. John was correct in raising a skeptic’s alarm about the breathless hype around creating a universal coronavirus vaccine, but he failed to understand that the headlines around this study were a deliberate deception. You would have to have read the paper to understand that. And, understandably, John would not have been able to do that with any degree of comprehension of the science.

   So, please allow me to clarify what is, in fact, a colossally failed study.

   First, the scientists chose to use a DNA vaccine platform instead of an mRNA platform. This choice was based on several facts: DNA vaccines are more stable: i.e., they are less likely to degrade as a result of changes in temperature. Also, they are unlikely to enter the nucleus of the cell where they could embed their genetic programs into the human genome, as do the mRNA vaccines.

   So far, so good.

   Next, the scientists used AI to identify a common denominator present in all sarbecoviridae – a nucleotide sequence in the genomes common to all of these related viruses – that could serve as a target for the DNA vaccine such that it would trigger a universal and lasting immunity. Wouldn’t that be loverly?

   AI identified a likely target, what the scientists call a “super antigen.” They designed a DNA vaccine around it and then tested it in a Phase I study.

   Phase I studies are designed SOLELY to assess safety. The investigators may also record efficacy, such as the product’s ability to achieve the desired effect. In the case of a vaccine, the desired effect is sustained immunity and protection against the virus. But what they really want to do is to make sure that the vaccine is safe before they move on to the question of efficacy.

   Typically, a Phase I study consists of a small number of test subjects. After all, if the product is not safe you would not want to discover that after initially testing it on, say, 1000 people! No, of course not. So a few study subjects is usually sufficient to make sure that there are no ABRUPT and harmful side effects. Thus, this study involved 39 patients.

   Indeed, the vaccine was safe! Absolutely, I can attest that the information provided in the paper and the integrity of the assessment of the vaccine’s safety were of the highest order. Well done, Cambridge!

   However, the vaccine completely failed to impart any immunity whatsoever to any of the sarbecoviridae. The investigators were hoping to see some immunity to SARS CoV-1, SARS CoV-2, or MERS. No, nothing!

   Most perplexing was the fact that all of the study subjects were selected because they had received 2-3 prior COVID vaccines. I initially found that very odd. Why would you want to test a new “universal SARS” vaccine in patients who’d already been vaccinated and boosted against coronavirus? Surely, that would confound the results of the study, right? Later, I generated a hypothesis about why these scientists designed a study that seemed doomed to confusion, failure, or both. (Spoiler: In the end it was both!)

   While the subjects did show evidence of “measurable” immune response to the new, universal DNA coronavirus vaccine – as you would expect because, after all, the vaccine is a ‘foreign substance’ that would inevitably trigger an immune response of one type or another – none of the “measurable immune responses” detected in these patients amounted to any appreciable or durable protection against the coronaviruses.

   I now quote from the article:

   “Cross-reactivity of antibody responses (i.e., vaccine efficacy) to SARS CoV-1 and CoV-2 did not occur.”

   “Collectively, these data do not support a robust vaccine-induced increase in antibody response beyond pre-existing levels,” (i.e., the antibodies that the patients already had as result of prior COVID infection or COVID vaccination.)

   “The immunogenicity of pEVAC-SP [the experimental DNA vaccine being tested] was modest and variable.”

   “The magnitude of the response was limited and did not increase with increasing the dose” of the vaccine.

   “pEVAC-SP was designed to target a cross-reactive epitope” [i.e., a genetic common denominator shared by all sarbecoviridae], and it did. But “it did not produce a robust pan-immune response.”

   Despite the complete failure of this AI-generated DNA vaccine to impart any immunity against coronaviruses, the authors sailed forth gleefully to declare that the vaccine was safe and, further, that it had been delivered without the unsavory use of needle injections.

   In their summary, the scientists admitted that their AI-generated, universal sarbecoviridae vaccine had barriers to overcome, but they were hopeful that they could push this invention forward into Phase II studies to re-test its lack of efficacy in a larger group of study subjects. I suppose that they have decided to suspend the zero times table (1 x 0 = 0; 2 x 0 = 0, 3 x 0 = 0 . . .) in the hope that HAL may yet deliver success despite its failure to do so in the Phase I study.

   I doubt it.

   Finally, why test a new DNA vaccine against SARS viruses in patients whose immune system has already been primed against them?

   Well first of all, everyone knows that the COVID vaccines do not impart lasting immunity. As a matter of fact, their ability to provide any immunity is transient, at best. So, perhaps the investigators hoped that this new vaccine might overcome that problem, somehow.

   Second, since (on average) 70% of populations in most countries have been vaccinated against COVID, you wouldn’t want to design a universal vaccine for, say, only 30% of the remaining unvaccinated minority, would you? Financially, there’s little incentive in doing that, is there? So, shoot for 100% of the population by first testing the new vaccine in the vaccinated. If it were to work in the vaccinated then it would surely work in the unvaccinated.

   I think these investigators were hoping that the prior immunity imparted by a prior COVID infection and/or the transient immunity imparted by the COVID vaccines would not significantly interfere with attaining the desired universal immunity hoped for in the design of this AI-generated pEVAC-SP study.

   Well who knows, maybe the vaccine failed because of down field immune interference, or maybe the vaccine fumbled at the snap. In any case, it’s now second and 10, and the ball has been in the air briefly but other than that it has not moved in the least.

   But, yes, it is safe!
   Yes, it can be delivered without a needle!
   But so was the kiss of Judas.
   In the end, he hung himself.
   Maybe that’s what’s in store for this vaccine?
   Let’s hope so.
