In addition to shifting and altering banking and money toward Centralization, there is another back door way local control is being eroded. This will be done under the guise of more State control over local control for “climate” or “housing equity” reasons relative to the construction of housing. What needs to be remembered is that States accept Federal funding and then must conform to Fed guidelines relative to construction when funded completely or partially by the Feds. We have fought this locally where I live. It’s a hard fight and gonna get harder. The upshot is the destruction of local zoning laws. Frankly, it’s already begun.
