    Greetings ,

This is a very half baked idea, emboldened by my recent success over Centurylink’s censorship and extortion on my personal account, and the depressing news on CHD this morning.  But I was thinking outside the box…
Several years ago, a “Crimes Against Humanity” lawsuit was brought before the International Court against Bill Gates, Anthony Fauci and others, and it has languished. Meanwhile the case against Putin has gone forward, though he has killed and destroyed many fewer lives than the Covid-19 disaster.
Would it be possible for each US state to adopt the Nuremburg code, independent of the federal government, and file Crimes Against Humanity suits against the Global corporate Elite who are responsible for so many deaths in the United States, and to obtain damages for those who were injured?   The evidence seems to grow exponentially everyday.
And maybe even go after those who are deliberately interfering with our food supply/sustainability, as well as our civil rights of free speech and privacy?

I have no legal background, just a strong sense of justice and outrage over what is happening to our country and world…so if you think there is any merit to this, I hope you and Carolyn will pass it on to Bobby Kennedy and/or David Martin or others who could probably pick a few good states for a test run….?

Would Wall Street Kill Your Granny for A Little More Profit?

There are industries that occasionally do something rotten. And there are industries like Big Oil, Big Pharma, and Big Tobacco – that persistently do rotten things.
Then there is the nursing home industry – where rottenness has become a core business principle. The end-of-life “experience” can be rotten enough on its own, with an assortment of natural indignities bedeviling us, and good nursing homes help gentle this time. In the past couple of decades, though, an entirely unnatural force has come to dominate the delivery of aged care: Profiteering corporate chains and Wall Street speculators.
The very fact that this essential and sensitive social function, which ought to be the domain of health professionals and charitable enterprises, is now called an “industry” reflects a total perversion of its purpose. Some 70 percent of nursing homes are now corporate operations run by absentee executives who have no experience in nursing homes and who’re guided by the market imperative of maximizing investor profits. They constantly demand “efficiencies” from their facilities, which invariably means reducing the number of nurses, which invariably reduces care, which means more injuries, illness… and deaths. As one nursing expert rightly says, “It’s criminal.”
But it’s not against the law, since the industry’s lobbying front – a major donor to congressional campaigns – effectively writes the laws, which allows corporate hustlers to provide only one nurse on duty, no matter how many patients are in the facility. When a humane nurse-staffing requirement was proposed last year, the lobby group furiously opposed it… and congress dutifully bowed to industry profits over grandma’s decent end-time. After all, granny doesn’t make campaign donations.
So, as a health policy analyst bluntly puts it, “The only kind of groups that seem to be interested in investing in nursing homes are bad actors.” To help push for better, contact TheConsumerVoice.org.

  2. Catherine:
Nebraska’s Legislature introduced a bill (LB 94) this year relating to securing/collateralizing loans with Controllable Digital Assets. After visiting with our Nebraska Bankers Assn., neither they nor the chairman of the Banking Committee believe these are CBDC’s because the underlying wording in the bill was written by the Uniform Law Commission. I disagree as do others. Am attaching a copy of our bill along with the zoom meeting of the Uniform Law Commission’s meeting and two video’s by Tom Renz, attorney and former banker, whose position I agree with. By amending the UCC to include Controllable Digital Assets, we now have approval for CBDC’s and if it’s passed in Nebraska, other states (who don’t do their homework) will follow. Am grateful Florida and South Dakota have banned CBDC’s specifically. After numerous questions about the bill, the Chairman pulled the bill this session (we understand) BUT I know this won’t go away. Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Weise of Uniform Law Commission is SPECIFICALLY talking about CBDCs and article 1 and 9 from minutes 46 through 51. Only 5 minutes. Think this is key to better understanding. Renz has cited this. Nebraska also brought up in another section as having pre-legislation about this. Please listen to 5 minutes sited above in this recording:

  3. This is my astrologer’s ideas around the Coronation (she does sidereal, not tropical, astrology).

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pUzKBBTyz2Y

My high octane speculation: if the monarchy fails, what happens to English Common Law? And hence, what happens to the Constitution of each of the Commonwealth countries? It could possibly annul the Constitutions and entire legal systems of each country in the Commonwealth in one fell swoop.

    That’s efficiency.

    1. In the coronation of a British monarch, the monarch swears oaths, both verbally, and written, to God, one of which is that they promise they “will not impoverish their subjects”.

This is an impossible position for Charles to maintain, in light of his very public support for the WEF’s great reset-one of the central tenets of which is the abolition of private property ownership for the masses.

If Charles breaks his coronation oaths, (as he provably does on a daily basis), the British people have the legal power to dethrone him. Sadly, I doubt that will ever happen.

I’m not sure how much longer the British royal family will be around; as a societal control mechanism, they’re no longer really needed. Unlike The Queen, Charles and Camilla are extremely unpopular, and Charles and Andrew’s connections to Jimmy Savile and Jeffrey Epstein, respectively, continue to dog them.

        1. Yes, of course. The Queen’s reputation never fully recovered from her suspected involvement in Diana’s murder, either. Or her total lack of empathy in the immediate aftermath.

    2. FWIW I have heard and I agree that the Coronation Oath followed exactly the 1688 format and content and that all of the prior concerns arising from the new King’s conduct were nullified.
The boat is not being rocked thus far.

    1. There is a very interesting hour long discussion on the dark sides or AI with Tristan Harris of Center for Humane Technology aired March, 2023.They begin with the unintentioal consequences caused by Social Media, and then continue with what could be the unintentional results of AI. Very comprehensive and lots of food for thought.

  4. Texas Committee Passes Bill To Create 100% Reserve Gold And Silver-Backed Transactional Currencies

    by Tyler Durden

Authored by Michael Maharrey via SchiffGold,

On May 2, a Texas House committee passed a bill to create 100% reserve gold and silver-backed transactional currencies. Enactment of this legislation would create an option for people to conduct business in sound money, set the stage to undermine the Federal Reserve’s monopoly on money, and possibly create a viable alternative to a central bank digital currency (CBDC).

  5. 13,000 Evacuated As Over 100 Wildfires Burn Across Alberta

    by Tyler Durden

    Saturday, May 06, 2023 – 12:00 PM
More than 100 wildfires, some of which are classified as out of control, rage across the western Canadian province of Alberta on Saturday morning, prompting officials to evacuate 13,000 people.
As of 1130 ET, there are 102 active wildfires in Alberta, of which 35 are classified as out of control, according to data from the Alberta Wildfire Status Dashboard.

    1. Parks Canada set Banff on fire. It, surprisingly, is now out of control. They did the same to Jasper last year.
We haven’t had an old-fashioned Prairie summer for at least 20 years. And it doesn’t even snow anymore in the winter.
AND there’s a Provincial election right now.

    2. This is the price of non-compliance.

On PEI, we got Fiona. It was a terrifying, and humbling reminder of what they can and will do.
