      1. There’s so many stories coming out it’s hard to keep track. It’s not all bad though!
        A new report highlights how *both* of the major proxy advisory firms, ISS & Glass Lewis, are advising investors to block CEO Larry Fink’s compensation package, citing a “disconnect” between pay and performance, in the midst of ESG-induced turmoil. Many investors are, reportedly, expected to follow the advice, with some even calling for the role of CEO and Board Chair to be split — which would effectively strip Fink of one of the two roles.
