Catherine,
Where do you get your German blue light clip on lenses? I wear amber lenses all the time at night and the yellow blue light blocking lenses during the day. No laughing, John! 🙂 We need to get you some. Blue light is a huge problem. Thanks!

Lenses are helpful when you don’t have control of ambient light sources, e.g. in commercial buildings.
For home lighting, you can choose a bulb color temperature that reduces blue light, https://gembared.com/blogs/musings/the-best-daytime-white-light-bulbs-for-health-enthusiasts
If looking directly at a computer screen, most operating systems have a timed setting to reduce blue light, https://www.techadvisor.com/article/743003/how-to-use-a-blue-light-filter-in-windows-macos-android-iphone.html
A challenge with clip-on lenses is the potential for minute movements that can affect focus. The gold standard solution is to implant a pair of tiny magnets into your prescription lens, which allows quick switching of clips that stay in position, https://eyenavision.com/chemistrie/
Will post brand when I get back to the Netherlands!
Correction: I posted an incorrect link re. LA sheriff suicides. My apologies:

Listening to your opening remarks, reading the Yeats poem, I was reminded of this sermon that Dr. R. Maurice Boyd preached from the pulpit of the the Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church in NYC in 1991 on the eve of the Gulf War.

“Sometimes they do it with an apt phrase or title; and sometimes they go even farther and show us the very shape of evil. No one did this better than Herman Melville. He said that evil is like a whale. It is very like a whale. It is like a great white whale. Spalding Gray says it is an invisible cloud that moves around the earth and now and then settles at a particular place, now in Germany, now in Russia, now in Cambodia. George Orwell’s picture of evil is “a boot stamping on a human face for ever.” But the most powerful and chilling image of all is in The Second Coming, a poem by W. B. Yeats, written at the beginning of The Great War. It is a difficult poem, but the meaning is clear and terrifying. The poet’s vision is of a new dispensation of evil loosed upon the world. Things fall apart. The center cannot hold. The ceremony of innocence is drowned in blood. The best lack all conviction while the worst are full of passionate intensity. And somewhere in the sands of the desert…”
Chilling. Really appreciate your posting that one.
Anthony Blinken’s reaction to Joe Biden calling Xi a dictator. Priceless.

Recent Book that summarizes what has been said on Solari for years but with the presidential executive orders. Don’t know about the rest of topics/subject matter in the book – but the timeline and completeness of the Presidential executive orders – slowly – over many years – Vastly Accelerates understanding of the situation we are in very quickly – especially for people new to all of this who may not believe it. May be a good interview for Solari just on the executive orders? Book – “The Last Harvest” by Damien Dumar. Quick Interview to summarize book and executive orders….: “Think You’re Free?
