In this post, I am questioning the actions of Congress vs their authority.
I recently received email from the Westin A Price Fnd and Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund, both about the Prime Act. I question all this energy in trying to persuade our government about a policy, when they appear to have no regard for the concerns of citizens.
So what I am questioning is their authority regarding US farming practices, what light bulbs we can use, and on and on. I don’t see where the Constitution grants them any authority for be concerned with these issues. Are they claiming it is general welfare? Also, I am thinking our energy and money might be better spent challenging their Constitutional authority.
Another area of concern is that most people ‘representing us’ do not have a valid written ‘Oath of Office’. I believe something like of the 75 FOIAs Oaths requestioned, only one or two have a valid oath. This means that any directives/laws/bill/mandates they issue are not valid. Could this not also be used to push back? As per Todd Callender, we need to ask, by what authority.

As a new subscriber, I am SO pleased with the content – and I haven’t delved into anything but the Money and Markets show for the last 2 weeks and change. I’ve gone way back to the beginning of 2020 and have binge watched/listened my way all the way up to August of 2021 thus far. I’m happier than Janet Yellen in a tub full of Brent crude!

I thought it an unfortunate irony when Catherine used the appellation of ‘homeless army,’ since such a large percentage of the homeless are actual US combat veterans.
It’s an absolute disgrace the way our government has masticated and spat out these humans like so much cannon fodder. It’s unacceptable and unforgivable that our government has so much money for so many things that the people of this once proud nation do not want, yet they haven’t a dime for the people who fought and sacrificed so much for this nation, (perhaps in their youthful naivete; perhaps for financial reasons) expecting that they would be taken care of when they came back stateside.
All one need understand is what happened to the so-called Bonus Army (derisive moniker) about one hundred years ago when all they wanted was what they had been promised. (Please research this particular)
It’s TRILLIONS for the banks; a middle finger for those manning tanks – and it’s there you will find your thanks.
