`The recent revelations about Oct 7 combined with the election in Israel are likely signaling a turn.
Regarding digitizing record – I have wondered about the digitization of property records. We used to have abstracts for real property, an actual paper record that went back to the original grant (transfer) of title from the federal government. The register of deeds office in court houses had ledgers and a fairly easy system for finding the documents and history of any property. The office was accessible and anyone could research without charge. Abstract title companies updated and expanded the abstract when property was sold or transferred. Lawyers reviewed the abstract for any title issues.
Title insurance was introduced in the 1980’s. Law firms shifted away from reading abstracts to using title insurance; some law firms sold title insurance. Abstracts are now a thing of the past and property records are digitized. To use the digitized system, one must pay a fee. Fees are also charged for copies. I’m curious to research this further to find out where the paper records are now or if they’re accessible.

Just a few thoughts about Iran.
When there is 180,000 IRGC personnel in the Iranian military there is no quick end to this conflict, I doubt there even will be any peace agreement with them. Many are waiting for the return of the 12th Imam. We may see an Iranian government in exile being formed.
The Iranian conflict reminds me of the 3rd Punic War that was the final conflict between Rome and Carthage. The war centered on the 3 year siege of Carthage as Rome cut off the harbor and supply lines that lead to starvation inside Carthage. This eliminated Carthage as as a power and secured Rome’s power in the West Mediterranean.
Not many weeks ago President Trump told the American people that Russia had interferred with the 2020 elections. President Trump didn’t mention any other countries.
Well, on October 2020 the FBI and CISA issued 2 alerts about Iranian interference in the U.S. 2020 elections. Yup, the FBI and CISA were well aware of the Iranian threat targeting U.S. state websites, including election websites. The two agencies concluded that targeting U.S. state election websites was an intentional effort to influence and interfere with the 2020 U.S. presidential election.
However, it was not just China and Iran messing with the 2020 elections creating a coup against We The People. There were other countries, many who seem friendly towards America. If I were to guess I would look where the servers were located and that would be Frankfurt, Barcelona, Ireland, Belgrade, and Toronto.
If President Trump has proof of this information then he has many cards to play with different nations. I see he just had a visit in Ireland and called for a unification.
And President Xi of China is coming to America on September 24th.
Do we live in interesting times? Hell, yes. IMHO we are in the mist of a major power structure with the City of London on the losing end.
So is the 2020 elections over? Nope. How about Jan6th? Nope. And there is ActBlue.

Not exactly a Money & Markets comment but a funny little moment adjacent to it. Today I saw 2 new emails in my inbox, one from Solari and one from my bank. I clicked on the one I thought was from my bank and immediately saw the heading, “Are You Financing Your Enemy-Without Realizing It?” “Well!” I thought, “How marvelous that they’re finally catching on!” ….only to realize as I glanced at the top of the newsletter, that it was the email from Solari. For a moment there I thought I was witnessing the conversion of the century lol.
