  2. Does anyone know about 15 minute cities in the UK? I listened to a program last week and a woman from Canada said there are trial zones all over the UK, looking for ways to get people out of their cars. Oxford is the only 15 minute city I have heard of, but perhaps the other zones aren’t as restrictive.

    I had wondered how they could make 15 minute cities in large cities like NYC, Miami, etc. These are the C40 cities. But as I look at NYC and other cities where they talk about Venezuelan gangs, I can see how they can divide the cities into districts to ‘protect’ residents.

  3. Suddenly thought “haven’t heard anything from Dr McHonk Honk for a while” and relistened to his last piece on his Telegram channel, from July. Or some of it. Unbelievably powerful and sad, again couldn’t listen/watch all of it. If you are short of a Hero of the Week for pushing back, would like to nominate him. No word from him since – just hope he’s OK.

    1. I do not share in the surprise being expressed over RFK’s “sudden” change of heart regarding DJT and related matters, including the genocide. Bobby is not naïve; he comes from an “illuminated” family that knows far more about the inner workings of governance than the average person could ever imagine. I hardly think he’s being hoodwinked. I say he has shown his true colors all along, visible to the discerning who were not swayed by his prior – and actual – good deeds; for just as all propaganda is misdirection camouflaged by much recognizable truth, so it is that the ruling class must demonstrate some sympathy toward the ruled in order to harvest consent. Nevertheless, at this point it is painfully obvious that Bobby is either so compromised as to have no agency whatsoever, or he truly is a believer that a vastly smaller population is imperative for “the planet” to survive, and thus diminished would be far easier to control for those having a divine right to do so. As the (unofficial) poet laureate of the truth movement said years ago, “It’s a big club, and you ain’t in it.”

      1. The Amish in MidSouth TN use roundup routinely. The few that don’t, are not allowed to advertise so. They will answer a question honestly, but won’t tell you if they use roundup or not.

          3. Hi Miriam, We live on Eastern shore of Maryland with an excellent Amish market full of meats from Lancaster PA area. The Butchers post long lists of all the items NOT used to raise the animals and NOT in the meats. We also live on the Big Island Hawaii 5 or 6 months since retirement in late 2015, scuba on. The Parker ranch provides excellent grass feed beef at the Farmer markets. Story my Sister-in-law was visiting Hawaii. She would order a salad with steak. She asked waiter why is this steak so delicious ? Answer because that steak was walking around Hawaii a couple weeks ago.
            Carnivoe fun fact meat is quickly digested in small intestine. The chemical process (read cattle) of turning the plant into meat avoids many plant problems. Check out Dr Chaffee and Dr Baker on youtube. Carnivoe saves time OMAD one meal a day and not wasting time with food prep. Enjoy large meat meal in the evening and sleep like a lion.
            IF you use chemical engineering principles of mass / energy / cost balance then our ag industry is not thermodynamically efficient.
            Think how the millions of buffalo thrived on native grasses. All the grasses were plowed under to make farmland. The forests were harvested to make farmland. Sad fact America’s trees were turned into charcoal and shipped back to Europe in colonial era. Now the grasses are killed with herbicides to grow corn and soybean and wheat. None of these plants are good for your digestive system. These crops are used to produce unhealthy seed oils and high fructose corn syrup. The corn is used to produce ethanol which reduces the BTU content of gasoline by dilution. I just watch the corn harvested down the street. Huge machines to spray, plant, spray more, harvest and transport. Just my opinion the entire farming process fails cost benefit analysis and mass/energy analysis without government money.

          5. Hi Ron, Our governments have allowed use of chemicals on plants and animals forever. Many of these chemicals are not allowed in other countries. However our USEPA and FDA allow use. Think about how the USA military poisoned all of Vietnam with agent orange.
            On a personal note I can have a garden and be very selective as to the items in my diet. I can choose the provider of meats. Most can not afford these choices.
            The chemical structures of some ag products are fragile and not considered persistant chemicals because linear structure and lack of ring/s or halogen atoms. Comment darn few ! These chemicals are designed to breakdown to other compounds in the environment. However some people will always be more sensitive.
            Chemicals like PCBs or DDT or DDE or agent orange have benzene rings and halogen atoms which do not degrade in the environment. These aromatic halogen compounds are forever chemicals, fat soluble and biomagnify or bioaccumulate such as in fish.
            Supervised the testing of PCBs at Power company lab from 1981 to 2015 to assure proper oil handling and disposal. Summer 1976 my senior research was Gas Chromatography analysis of PCBs in Great lakes waters before any standard methods and when electron capture detectors were new tech. During this era some Chemistry professors did not want to discuss any chemical issues in the environment to the level of anger. I presented a seminar in 1978 on chemical aspects of the red tide very interesting, result cancelled summer graduate teaching job. Fun fact I won the chemistry dept. award for teaching excellence, then cancelled. However a summer fellowship at the great lakes lab testing plant nutrients with autoanalyzer lead to VATECH job. The head of GLL said I hired the award winner make sure those Chem dept goofs see you working for Limnology/Biology dept. Walk around the false mountain and thereby move to new location.
            The nitrogen rings and halogen atoms in Atrizine and Paraquat are persistant. Supervised Virginia Tech lab monitored storm waters from 1979 to 1981 for Atrizine and Paraquat large loads in streams after application in spring.
            The use of these chemicals may be one reason why the vegan diet is questionable. The carnivoe diet uses the cattle to breakdown and dispose of the plant quickly.
            From the chemical literature.
            The median half-life of glyphosate in soil has been widely studied; values between 2 and 197 days have been reported in the literature. A typical field half-life of 47 days has been suggested. Soil and climate conditions affect glyphosate’s persistence in soil. Comment maybe !
            Paraquat can have a half-life of up to 20 years in soil. It’s strongly bound to soil particles and organic matter.
            Soil: Atrazine’s half-life in soil can range from 14 to 109 days, but it can persist for up to four years in some soils. It breaks down more slowly in less acidic soil and in cool, dry conditions.

          6. It seems many, Dr. Klinghart for one, are now questioning the American obsession with biochemistry. Many see a need to study biophotons and how they effect the body. Toxins are not friendly to the biophotons in your body.
            Dr. Klinghart was able to treat a patient he deemed aluminum toxic with light. The treatment was a success and the light was administered in the eyes. After 12 hours of the light treatment the aluminum excreted in the urine had increased by 350%.

          7. Hi Sandra, My Wife is retired OBGYN and tick borne illness expert and used all therapies including OMDAMED and EFT…. Yes many alternative therapies are excellent and important. The local physicans called my Wife’s patients a cult. When we announced our retirements, I expected a hitman would show up for me funded by 4000 people.
            We continue thru 3 years of cancer recovery using many alternative therapies and alternative doctors from all over the globe. I can tell you the search for help took all my Wife’s excellent brain power and 40 years experience to eliminate and accept treatments. One of these trusted & helpful doctors just passed last month at 75. The best doctors left the main stream 20 years ago because of intrusive hospitals. My Wife uses the light therapy every day and there is a power plate in front of tv with Silvie Patrick. Peptides, homeopathy, IV and numerous supplements were very helpful !
            Biochemistry is not understood by most doctors because one semester basic course is taught in medical school. Biochemistry is not equal to pills. Example my Wife has BA psy, BS biology. MS combo biology, biochemistry, human genetics, MD and board certified OBGYN takes exam every year to maintain. Her MS at Georgetown U. required one year graduate biochemistry series at GW the best biochem in DC. Many MDs have pre-professional BA with basic science requirements NOT biochemistry. Hint My Wife started medical school in 1981. Georgetown Medical school consider themselves very forward looking because the class would include 30 women of 200 up from 20 women. All the women held MS or PhDs in science and the men pre professional degrees. Also Dr Estell Ramie would tell the medical school all my women MS physiology students in same classes as medical students are smoking the boys! I would play softball with med students after work. One of the guys said biochemistry was so difficult. A woman med student said I can help you. This woman had a PhD in biochemistry and was associate professor at large UNI. Yes she was finally accepted to med school. Many of the land grant UNIs NO women in the med school class.
            My Wife in third year rotates in OBGYN program to evaluate for residency. Program director says Honey OBGYN is no place for a woman. My Wife choose the other Baltimore residency because only program in USA teaching residents Laser surgery and side deal with residency program director to be exempt from learning & performing abortions. Always choose LIFE. Benefit my Wife never had a patient die while under her care.

          9. Hi Sandra, No one knows the real origin of most illness. Main stream medical just said one year to live in 2021. We called BS and kicked the research into high gear. I grew up a boy plumber and wife a farm worker no one can out work us. A couple trusted MDs warned do not let the system kill you !
            We leave for the Big Island again next week for 3 months of scuba diving, Farmer markets, local grass feed beef, fun and relaxation. We rent in Waikoloa Beach Hawaii 5 to 6 months each year. Scuba diving breathing air at depth is healing. We take 3 boat trips each week to complete 6 one hour dives. We are scuba divers the past 50 years. The wonderful doctor that just passed said scuba diving improves all treatments therapies.
            We call BS on most lame stream ideas the last 50 years. These attitudes have saved our lives a few times.
            My Wife grew up on a concord grape farm in WNY. Wife and sister were required by mom to worked on the farms since age 6. My Wife’s dad was engineer. Aunts did not allow girls to work in fields. The grandpa, uncles and dad would return from fields looking like snowmen covered in pesticides, herbicides, fungacides and other chemicals. All these “cide” men had cancer. Eventually the two girls that worked in field had cancer as adults. Grape juice and grape jelly were regular foods consumed.
            When my Wife recieved full academic scholarship to Syracuse U, jobs at upstate hospital replaced farm. The head of pathology asked my Wife to work full time after graduation. My Wife asked for reference to medical school with interest in Georgetown. He said yes with a strange smile. Two years later that head of pathology was dean Georgetown medical school.

          13. Arabella, The real concern is the use of food additives. I was a scientific reviewer/contractor at FDA from November 1978 to August 1979. Read food & drug additve petitions to code chemical, toxicology and admistrative data for a new data base used to search content of petitions based on chemical abstract #. Most food additives are GRAS generally recognized as safe because used forever.
            Food Additives Amendment of 1958
            This act established a premarket review and approval process for food additives, and gave the FDA the authority to set the requirements for the process. The act also included the Delaney Clause, which requires the FDA to ban food additives that cause cancer in humans or animals.
            The 1958 to 1978 petitons for new food addtives acceptance were often based on LD50 of rat eating proposed chemical additive. Also the chemical is not hazardous at a certain concentration.
            Today the harmful food addtives are seed oils, sugar, sugar substitutes, and those brightly colored food products in the center 5 aisles of super market but these addtives do not cause cancer, maybe. I remember reading many petitions for color addtives and see all the tattos today.
