By Catherine Austin Fitts
This week on the Solari Report I talk with Bill Binney and Kirk Wiebe about their new company that they call Pretty Good Knowledge.
Bill and Kirk describe Pretty Good Knowledge as a young company with a long history. They and their team bring together decades of experience in discovering knowledge from data and combining it with the latest data science techniques and technologies.
Every enterprise – big or small – struggles to make sense of an overwhelming data. We want our data to help us do a better job and we want our data to be secure. Bill and Kirk can help.
It’s big news when one of the top teams in data science in the world becomes accessible to private organizations – consequently, this Solari Report will be open to the public. Please feel free to share widely.
In Let’s Go to the Movies I recommend the documentary A Good American which tells the story of Bill and Kirk’s accomplishments at the National Security Agency (NSA). Their small team created a highly efficient way to achieve real-time processing of all global communications and to fast-filter date for relevant intelligence analysts. You will get an excellent sense of the talent now available to us all.
It’s the last week of the month so there is no Money & Markets.
E-mail or post your questions for Ask Catherine at the next Money & Markets commentary here.
Talk to you Thursday!

This week it is the Good American – that must be accessed separately based on the movie and video sites that you use.

The book, America the Farewell Tour by Chris Hedges is depressing.
-
Hedges gets very depressing. It’s what happens to commentators who don’t integrate the black budget. They are cycling around in a story that progressively gets more and more incoherent and fills up with anger because “they are bad” Reality – even authentic uncertainty – is very calming.

Very interesting interview. I wish them great success! And clarity in their marketing. i.e. being able to describe exactly who they work with, the problems they solve and how they work, in plain English for Mere Mortals. Catherine is so great at bringing complex topics down to earth – a rare skill which I appreciate! 🙂

Thanks, Karen! Practice helps….

Another great interview.
No surprise that Bill & Kirk got push back from monitoring the cargo containers at US ports as I would guess people with diplomatic immunity may be earning some extra cash shipping items back to their homeland. I suspect the cargo ports are very “soft” in security terms.
Also it would not surprise me that members of the House of Rep who have a port in their district are probably “leveraged”.
Love Bill Binney’s spirit.
-
Binney indeed has a great spirit – heart and mind.
