“The United States can pay any debt it has because we can always print money to do that. So there is zero probability of default.”
— Alan Greenspan
By Catherine Austin Fitts
The dominant theme in our Annual Wrap up in January was Planet Equity. In our 1st Quarter Wrap Up, we explore a related part of the global balance sheet: Planet Debt.
The systematic harvesting of countries around the globe has been ongoing since WWII – whether by encouraging countries to issue debt, particularly dollar denominated debt, or to buy US debt. It is not surprising that some of the biggest buyers of US Treasury securities are nations that have had a US military presence since WWII. Nor is it surprising that there is a relationship between large military expenditures and high debt levels.

What has evolved on planet earth is the ultimate financial entrapment operation in which one set of players can:
- Create fiat money and lend at zero expense
- Maintain an information advantage that violates the laws related to material omissions in financial transactions, fraudulent inducement and predatory lending
- Engage in dirty tricks that impact the borrower’s ability to pay
- Legislate laws and regulations that make it profitable to lend to people who fail and cannot pay back their debt principal
On Thursday, April 23, the Solari Report team will publish our First Quarter Wrap Up, complete with a web presentation including graphs and charts designed to “pull back the curtain” on this important subject.
I will be covering:
- How global debt is an essential part of the central banking-warfare model
- Debt and the “Databeast”
- Global and domestic blowback resulting from debt
- Mandating markets for monopolists
- Q1 News stories and trends
- Q1 Financial markets
- Where it’s all going

Thank you Catherine – I guess it will be okay to stay put in this country, as long as one conforms and is plugged into the system?
Depends – lots of niches. There are advantages to other places, advantages to being in places in the US. I find it hard to generalize. Think of it this way. You want to stay as far away from people who are insane as possible – and digest as little of their media and surveillance as possible. In the meantime, love your life and live well.
Thank you Catherine – that is beautifully put! That’s what we are focusing on – loving and living well. However, the news gets heavier and heavier and we sometimes come around to wondering if we are ignoring serious danger signs. So for the time being we truly don’t want to go anywhere, but if it’s unsafe here, then we need to be realistic.
We so appreciate your Solari Reports, and all the work you do – thank you again! And please do keep us subscribers aware if you see any danger signs.
All the best to you and your team!
Hi Catherine,
I was feeling relieved and settled after our emails today, and then I read a news article about Fukushima and the potential continuing devastation happening, and its potential effect on California and the country… scarey stuff, and so much is unsubstantiated, except the fact that there were multiple meltdowns, and we are all downwind. So, I guess we just need to trust and hope, and continue on. I wish it was simple and straight forward.
Thanks again!
Fukushima is a concern. I have not done a Solari report because the conflicting reports are many. Jeff Rense has followed it closely and believes that the California drought is a result of weather control induced to insure that radiation is dumped in the Pacific and does not rain down on California.
I believe that we are safe if we are serving our purpose. In other words, there is not enough time and money to protect us from the risks of this world. So best to focus on the value we wish to create and the people we wish to be with and focus on purpose instead of avoiding all the risks.
Make sure you keep detoxing – wherever you are!
🙂
That’s very interesting, and the timing does line up. Really makes one think…
Once again, we agree with you, and appreciate the reminders! Thank you for taking the time to answer all our questions and concerns – it means a lot!
🙂
Up early to drive to NY to have lunch with Richard Dolan and 45 subscribers – exciting. It is always so much fun to be in the room when subscribers meet each other.
Have a wonderful day – wish we were closer! We’ll have to come to your next west coast subscriber get-together!

Catherine, Do you have any Solari meetups scheduled for California?
J.P.:
We had a workshop last November in Menlo Park. I will be there for a short period in July this summer, but do not have an event planned.
