If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.
~ Nikola Tesla

By Corey Lynn and James White

As the growing season arrives in the Northern Hemisphere, there is no better time to have a Solution Series interview addressing the newest (oldest) technology used to grow fruits and vegetables in abundance, known as “electroculture.” Contrary to what the name would seem to imply, there is no need to “plug into” a standard outlet. Instead, electroculture plugs into the energy all around us.

Matt Roeske is a well-researched and intelligent guy who seems to understand things at the next level as they pertain to energy, vibration, and ancient healing techniques. In this Solution Series episode, Matt imparts a great many truths that he draws from his vast background and intimate knowledge of almost all things energy. Take the time to watch or listen to this one; you will not be disappointed!

Money & Markets

This is the last week of the month, so there is no Money & Markets. The next Money & Markets will publish on July 6. Post questions for Catherine or John Titus at the Money & Markets commentary here.

  1. Matt should look into the work of Morley Robbins at the Root Cause Protocol. He has worked out that the balance of copper, iron and magnesium are essential to mitochondrial health. Basic premise is we have too much iron and not enough magnesium or copper in our blood. Too much iron literally means rust inside the body. All root cause of disease comes from this dynamic. As a point of reference Dr Mercola follows this protocol pretty intensely. https://therootcauseprotocol.com/.

    1. Julie, I agree! I have Morley’s newest book on Copper and belong to his Root Cause Protocol website. I have seen great things for energy when patients of mine who followed the protocol added in Sovereign Copper to their daily supplements. Although I don’t follow any protocol intensely, I do agree with his views on minerals. So many of patients have seen positive changes when they add in magnesium, eat better and keep themselves hydrated.
I have added in a tsp of Sovereign Copper as well and have found it very helpful with my energy level.
He is on my list of people I would love to talk to for The Health Series.

      Have a blessed week! Jen

      1. Sandra,
Here is what I found doing a search of ‘EMF’ on his website:
Here is the link too: Be sure to scroll down to EMF/BLue Light. https://therootcauseprotocol.com/handbook-faq/
looks interesting. Have a great week, Jen
Morley suggests that “EMF’s are just one seat on the relentless ferrous wheel of oxidative stress”. Constant exposure to radiation from blue light (from artificial lighting, tv, computers, phones, etc.), produces hydrogen peroxide (H202), a significant source of oxidative stress to our eyes and retinae. The buildup of retinal lipofuscin, a pigment associated with aging and excess iron, can also absorb blue light which increases the risk of oxidative damage.
A predominance of artificial blue light over the natural full-spectrum cycles of sunlight can alter circadian rhythms and suppress melanin production (the body’s natural shield from UV and visible light radiation). It also affects the body’s utilization of sunlight in activating the breakdown of retinol into the retinoic acids and receptors that run our metabolism, and hampers the body’s ability to benefit fully from synthesizing vitamin D. Less activation of retinol means less bioavailable copper to regulate the recycling of iron in the body.
EMF’s (electromagnetic frequencies) are highly coordinated with blue light from electronic devices as well as cell towers, smart meters and 5G networks, and this adds to our radiation load. Minimizing exposure to artificial blue light and EMF’s is difficult in today’s technology-driven climate, and the most important step we can take is to strengthen the body’s capacity to neutralize the assault.
A few strategies for mitigating blue light damage:

        • Support your body with food sources of retinol and bioavailable copper, such as beef liver, cod liver oil and wholefood C, to ensure plenty of the nutrients needed for creating functional copper.
        • Increase awareness of the changing patterns of natural light (soft, warm and relaxing around sunrise and sunset; bright, blue and energizing during the day) and aim to emulate the sun’s daily cycles at home and at work as much as possible.
        • Reduce exposure to electronic devices, especially at night when blue light is not naturally predominant. Avoiding blue light from 1-2 hours before bedtime is suggested.
        • Utilize products, such as blue-light blocking glasses and/or blue-blocking technology on your devices. Switch to incandescent bulbs, which are closer to full spectrum than fluorescent, CFL and LED bulbs. When selecting products, be aware that many will claim to reduce artificial blue light when in reality their blocking capacity is limited, so it’s worthwhile to do some checking before you purchase.
        • Get plenty of healthy sun exposure to your eyes and skin, especially at sunrise and sunset, to help counteract the effects of being subjected to artificial blue light. This will ensure that the skin and retinae will receive the triggers needed for retinol activation in order to repair oxidative stress and restore mitochondrial function.

        Resources for learning more:

        • Read Iron Toxicity Post #61: EYE-Ironic origin of Alzheimer’s disease to learn the connection between blue light/EMF’s, iron, and neurodegenerative conditions.
        • There is a growing interest in the physiological impact of radiation from artificial blue light and EMF’s. For those who are curious, this book is a good place to start learning more.
  2. Catherine,
This is the second time I can’t download a video from Solari this week. I’m using Safari. When I download the MP4, I get a HTML instead.

I also can’t log into Solari at all using my Brave Browser.

Is the problem on my end?

    1. Brave will often not work with Solari. Repeatedly when they do an update, it stops working with our site along with many others. Strongly recommend you use Safari or Firefox.

I asked our audio/video team to check the download.

      1. Here is response from tech team:
The video downloads just fine with all three of my browsers. I don’t even know how you could get an html file from the download link. Gotta think about this one. The code is good in the post.

Any chance you can give us more information? I would strongly recommend you use Firefox and try downloading = let me know what happsn.

        1. I downloaded Firefox and it works. Safari still gave the a HTML.
          Thank you!

          1. I’m pleased to hear that FireFox works for you! Just so I can understand, are you saying the FireFox can download videos and Safari can’t?

          2. I did a bit or research and learned that this is a known Safari bug that was fixed in later versions. What version of Safari are you using? What version is your MacOS?

          3. iOS 16.5 (latest version) Safari downloads all Solari MP4 videos with the extension MP4.HTML. This has been the case for more than a year. Possibly caused by the download script sending the wrong MIME type.
I have worked around this problem by renaming the file within iOS GoodReader to remove the .html extension. This was needed for every Solari video download.

          4. I’m still using Mojave (Mac) because I can’t upgrade my OS. I use a program for work that isn’t compatible with anything higher than Mojave.
I don’t actually know which Safari I’m using. I installed it about 3 months ago.
HUGS Mark! I’m sure this was a hugs pain for you to figure this all out.

          5. Now I understand. The Safari version is directly tied to the OS revision. Your version it simply too old to support newer protocols. Than you for your appreciation of my detective skills!

          6. classic troubleshooting like a big tech company would do…for Mojave OS people as I am one of them…Firefox AND Opera work for anything Solari. Opera even comes with a built-in VPN when you want a little extra anonymity. In other words, if you purchase a pair of skates, you don’t want to go to another website and see an ad for those same skates…VPN it is, Opera has a built in one, it works….there are others…anyway good work Mr. Mark Gilmore.

  3. Great in-depth interview – thank you!

I recently transplanted succulent clippings from one of my outdoor garden succulents to a small indoor pot which has a good amount of window light. I had just heard about electrocuture so I purchased a small coiled copper stake with a Crystal on top and placed it next to the stem of the larger clipping.

Both pieces survived the transplant, have turned much greener (looking better than the mother plant!), and the smaller clipping of about 1” in height is over 3”” in just 4 weeks!!!!! Oh my goodness — great energy?

  4. I forgot to mention in my original comment that I purchased the coils from “DragonflyDreams1) thru Etsy and received a lovely note from the seller that my purchase helped her family pay for medical care and expenses from her husband’s recent life saving liver transplant.

I have the coils I need so my gift to a Solari supporter is the 15% off discount code DragonflyDresms1 gave me: GIFTOFLIFE15

A beautiful purchasing and growing experience

  5. Solari touched on the cloud busting Matt mentions with this music a few years ago: Kate Bush – Cloudbusting – Official Music Video

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pllRW9wETzw
We Solari subscribers have some ‘Cloud Buster Maker’ in us!
I am clad Matt refers to the books on his site and especially the books listed in the back of the books…sources for the more read science minds than myself.

  6. Wonderful interview! Matt is a powerhouse of information! Thank you so much!

    1. After your journey to login, so glad something good on the other side. 🙂
