I had the good fortune to join Thomas Meyer and his family in the Jungfrau in Switzerland on Whitsun. As we looked out over the Alps from our terrace (picture above), Thomas spoke of the Ascension of Christ and its meaning for the present age.

Beautiful, Catherine. It was difficult for me to hear your voice, though, so tomorrow or some time this week I’m listening again. Wonderful explanation of the celebrations, the meaning of suffering, and how this all applies to our situation today. So much to learn; I’m anxious to listen again and also to some of his other reports you have listed above. Thanks for bringing him to me.

Absolutely brilliant. Thomas is an exceptionally rare person, can’t get enough of these conversations. Every time I hear him it is an informative experience that requires re listening a few times to get as much wisdom as I can out of it.
Can anyone help find the quote Thomas mentioned by a German Physicist, “If you only know Chemistry, you don’t even understand Chemistry.” I want to use the quote but can’t find it. Was is from Otto Hahn?
