A Wheelchair for David A. Hughes’s Son

July 14, 2025

“Act as if what you do makes a difference. It does.”

~ William James

Solari ally David A. Hughes, author of the blockbuster report on Omniwar, has launched a crowdfund that will allow Hughes and his wife to purchase a wheelchair for their 10-year-old son. Their son has Duchenne muscular dystrophy, a severe type of muscular dystrophy characterized by progressive muscle weakness and muscle loss.

As David states in the crowdfund description, an Invacare Esprit Junior Power Wheelchair “is by far the most suitable wheelchair … and would give him the most independence.” He notes that they are turning to crowdfunding because the costs of providing for their son’s condition stand to increase sharply in the next few years.

If David A. Hughes’s stellar contributions—whether at Solari, in his books, on his Substack, or in two Omniwar Symposiums—have improved your understanding of Omniwar and the control grid, consider showing your appreciation via a contribution to his crowdfund.
