  5. So disappointing that the publisher takes all for the printed book. It was a big bite to buy it, but I did it because I was so anxious to read it in a relaxed position and digest it. I knew it was not a book I wanted to read on a screen. It truly is the whole picture. I look forward to reading his next book. Loved this interview with a truly loving soul. I can hardly wait for David’s Substack. God bless you David and thank you Catherine; you too are a remarkable person.
