In 2015, Linda Moulton Howe and I spoke on a panel at the Secret Space Program in Bastrop, Texas. I told the story of representatives of the United States Navy trying to persuade me in 1998 that extraterrestrial aliens exist and live among us—see my description at 1:48:40. However, mine is not the most fascinating story I have heard of a person unexpectedly introduced to this topic. Indeed, that honor belongs to Linda.

From 1978 to 1983, Linda Moulton Howe was Director of Special Projects at KMGH-TV, Channel 7, Denver, Colorado, with numerous documentaries and features to her credit. A graduate of the University of Colorado and Stanford University, Howe was on the fast track to a highly successful career in journalism and major media.

In 1980, Linda produced A Strange Harvest—a documentary that explored cattle mutilation incidents, including the belief of ranchers and local sheriffs that the mutilations were the work of extraterrestrial beings. This was a story that many reporters and producers had avoided or censored. Not Linda—she decided to apply her formidable skills to analyzing cattle mutilations and the UFO phenomenon. Linda established herself as an independent journalist and—with a significant body of work to her name—is now widely considered one of the most preeminent UFO investigators in the world.

Linda’s books are an outstanding compilation of detailed investigation, photographs, and documentation. No serious library on this topic is complete without them:

I asked Linda to join me on The Solari Report because I wanted to help document Linda’s incredible journey. I also want Solari Report subscribers to be inspired by Linda’s courage. Here is a person deeply committed to reality and the power of rational thinking and investigation to get to the heart of things.

  1. That was a fantastic interview! Thank you for doing it. We need more interviews of Linda, I think she is a wealth of knowledge that has been only partially tapped. I love her perspective of coming to Earth, at this time, for the purpose of investigative reporting on her prime topics! I have been remiss in ordering her books. I got the earlier movie, next are the books. Catherine you asked her great questions helping to get to the heart of what makes her tick. Thanks again for this interview!

    1. The books are worth having. Incredible photographs and other documentation that help the reader deal with unfamiliar phenomenon.

    1. LA Times even put up a picture. Interesting. One of the reasons I like Linda’s books is the wealth of pictures. They are frightening – but convey the reality of this phenomenon in a manner that text could never do. If you look at the number of people who are experiencing “high strangeness” events the increased impossibility of pushing reality into “official reality” is contributing significantly to the break down in trust. The incentives to get our day to day world to work well are enormous. But without trust we are dealing with rising friction. Friction is what the military describe as the fog of war. I was reading a Marine handbook in 2016 after the election that described an environment in which maximum friction makes the smallest task near impossible. Some days feels like the energetics of warfare are upon us.

    Has there been any reports on animal mutilations on any wild life? Wild horses in Nevada or the buffaloes in the West? Does the mutilations only happen to animals that are on ranches and farms? And if there seems to be a need to collect the animal’s blood why don’t the little aliens make a stop at a slaughterhouse?

    The UFO researchers report aliens abduct, probe, rape people to satisfy some kind of weird appetite yet it seems they have have a professional working relationship with our scientists underground creating God only knows.

    As the little aliens scare the crap out of their abductees performing medical tests a human doctor can get human DNA, draw blood, remove tissue samples without causing any trauma on the patient. This does not make sense, advance aliens performing biological experiments with the same vigor as the Spanish Inquisition. I have to wonder what really is their goal(s) on the abductions. There has been thousands of reported sightings, many abductions and they still keep collecting human DNA, soil samples, plants etc. done mostly at night.

    Reality is after 70 years of collecting physical data and observations of witnesses the world is no closer to understand who are these “visitors”. Their “crafts” have many unique capabilities, it can appear or disappear,and change shapes. But the most interesting is the entities have a mastery of time and space. Just think of the possibilities of space-time manipulations that allows the entities to do. It is endless.

I think the reason we know so little is that the an enormous effort has gone into making sure the general population ridicules and shuns people who talk about it and share information instead of the people doing it/facilitating it/covering up who we are all busy financing and trying to get work for or otherwise wiggle up their ladder instead of withdrawing and making our own way.

      1. The reason there is so little legit information is the Intel agencies & military spread confusion and disinformation about UFO’s. Plus pushing stories of advanced “visitors” from the sky is being cultivated by groups for their own purposes. What keeps jumping out to be is the entities seem to have a control over space time which means they could be earth bound. They could be beyond space-time, they could be fractal beings making Earth their home.

        One more thing Catherine and I’ll put a wrap on it. If I see the storyline of “aliens” being responsible for mankind’s creation or responsible for the evolution of mankind becoming more and more mainstream thinking and “aliens” are a superior race it could be the greatest covert experiments in the manipulation of the belief systems of society.
