This coming week, we continue the publication of our 2020 Annual Wrap Up with Part II of News Trends & Stories. Dr. Joseph P. Farrell joins me again to review the 10 top stories in the last four categories: Culture; Science & Technology; Space; and Food & Health.

After having discussed Economy & Financial Markets and Geopolitics in Part I, we turn to what we can do to maintain or regain our sanity and cultivate our humanity, whether by getting out of our “bubbles” and nurturing our relationships, or simply by raising our children in a safe and supportive environment. Building resiliency is key as we continue to face unprecedented risks or even attacks on many fronts: freedom in general, freedom of speech, sovereignty over our bodies, food supply, as well as personal safety in the midst of possible wars. We will also discuss Unanswered Questions; Inspiration; and Take Action.

Story #18: The Freedom Tsunami: Doctors, Scientists, Sheriffs, Lawyers, and Independent Media Push Back Successfully on Covid-19
Story #19: Food Fight: Disaster Capitalism, Trade Wars, Regulatory Warfare, Synthetic Food, Restaurant Bankruptcies – Will We Allow the Global Food Supply to Be Centrally Controlled?
Story #20: Geophysical Risks: What Keeps Mr. Global Up at Night?

As you listen, check out the News Trends & Stories section of the 2020 Annual Wrap Up web presentation, which includes our complete trends list, our choices for top news videos of the year, the Trump Report Card, and our headlines for the top stories. The link will be in your subscriber links when Part II publishes on Thursday.

In the last week of January, John Titus and I will address our 2020 Annual Wrap Up theme: Going Direct Reset—Central Bank Owners Make Their Move.

In Let's Go to the Movies, I will review The Lives of Others, a 2006 German drama about the monitoring of East Berlin residents by agents of the Stasi, East Germany’s secret police.

In Money & Markets this week, John Titus will join me to cover current events and continue to discuss the financial and geopolitical news to watch for in 2021. E-mail your questions for Ask Catherine or post at the Money & Markets commentary here.

Please join me this Thursday, January 21st, for the 2020 Annual Wrap Up: News Trends & Stories, Part II.

  1. Catherine, re. Story #16, Space as a Warfighting Domain, you discuss the need to genetically engineer humans to survive space travel. This is not just a point of discussion, but has been elaborated as a plan by Chrisopher Mason, a expert in aerospace medicine and geneticis in “The Next 500 Years: Engineering Life to Reach New Worlds”:

“As they are today, our frail human bodies could never survive travel to another habitable planet. Mason describes the toll that long-term space travel took on astronaut Scott Kelly, who returned from a year on the International Space Station with changes to his blood, bones, and genes. Mason proposes a ten-phase, 500-year program that would engineer the genome so that humans can tolerate the extreme environments of outer space—with the ultimate goal of achieving human settlement of new solar systems. He lays out a roadmap of which solar systems to visit first, and merges biotechnology, philosophy, and genetics to offer an unparalleled vision of the universe to come.”

So if indeed there is a race to space, genetically reengineering the human being is one of the requirements.

There is an interview of Christopher Mason on Youtube, he says that such genetic manipulation should take place on the moon or somewhere off-Earth to prevent cross-contamination.

The space race, IOT and genetic reengineering will all dovetail into the same discussion eventually.

  2. I remember the Tesseract was the so-called 5th dimension in my favorite children’s book, “A Wrinkle in Time”. To me it was what they now call a Red Pill, my first unknowingly then, about Communism.

  3. Dear Catherine. Thank you for a very comprehensive and daring wrap up. On the talk of sterilisation through injection, I was reminded of Gigi Youngs latest video on the Christ impulse and especially the Iris mysteries, where the most sacred component was the ability of the woman to raise her frequency into divine alignment – transforming herself into a recepticle for the highest stargate-impulses, thus becoming the fitting host for most excalted beings. Humanity has left the Kali Yuga is entering a collectively higher consciousness – arguably at high speed. A phase shift like thise would be opening many more wombs for excalted beings and thus a new generation of exalted and enlightened individuals could soon overwhelm the earth. Might the sterilisation strategies combined with the jedi cloud contract and track and trace be a way to block those portals of divinity, and essentially do a Herod 2.0?

  4. Hi Catherine, It’s me again. You and Joseph really know how to open the floodgates and look into every dark corner. It truly is amazing after contemplating the scope of the corruption and evil we are surrounded with that it is possible to remain optimistic but as you both stated it requires a belief in something bigger than ourselves. The question remains, how do we build resiliency in the midst of a world system being set-up to destroy life and humanity? As I have been praying about this over the past few weeks I believe divine wisdom is in returning to the “ancient paths” and intentionally disconnecting ourselves as much as possible from the inhuman world system that is being constructed. I just started reading The Invisible Rainbow and it reminded me of two different frameworks with which we can approach creation and all of its phenomena: 1. We approach it from the view that there is a divine creator, we were “fearfully and wonderfully made” to live here and we investigate, observe and stand in awe of all that is, it’s principles, design and architecture and align ourselves to live within the framework designed for us or 2. We approach it from the viewpoint that whether we believe there is some sort of divine creator or “Christ consciousness” or not we have the ability within ourselves to not only investigate and observe but to improve upon and manipulate the design to fit into our own plans and purposes and conform to our will, basically it exists to be used and the principles inherent in the design will be violated to whatever extent possible to achieve our own desires. I think framework 1 represents the “ancient paths” and to the extent each one of us is able to gain comprehension of the divine design and align ourselves to live in harmony with it’s principles and architecture we will create resiliency i.e. growing our own food; instead of tilling and trying to tame the environment with the use of pesticides learn permaculture gardening and companion planting and natural pest control, it is all built into the design if we pay attention and become good students. Gardening is just one example but I believe this principle is a thread running through every single area of our lives. I believe that by respecting the design and understanding the mind that created it was far above our own and has considered every single intricate detail we are suddenly elevated to a higher plain of thinking, as we observe and learn we will gain the ability to adapt to whatever is thrown at us (just like our own innate immune system) and we may take some hits but ultimately if we stay connected to the source of life we will overcome.

  5. “Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron’s cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience. They may be more likely to go to Heaven yet at the same time likelier to make a Hell of earth. This very kindness stings with intolerable insult. To be “cured” against one’s will and cured of states which we may not regard as disease is to be put on a level of those who have not yet reached the age of reason or those who never will; to be classed with infants, imbeciles, and domestic animals.”
