AIG Spa Trip Fuels Fury on Capitol Hill

This piece about lavish spending by AIG executives after the $85 billion federal bailout is worth reading. It points out the impossibility of reviving a real economy under the leadership of people who have no understanding of the real economy or the people who make it go. If they weren’t so full of themselves, they could have shown some appreciation by taking that much money and bailing out many taxpayers losing their homes. I have been against this bail out and I am not surprised that congress sold us out. They knew what was going on and let it go on. Greed is the underling problem. This system needs to be purged not help back up to continue in their lust for money. Let them fall!!
