I find these really valuable, but one meta-comment: in these Ask Catherine recordings, Catherine’s audio is consistently more muffled than Carolyn’s. This isn’t an issue in other series, like Money & Markets. I find myself adjusting my volume throughout based on who’s speaking.
Just thought I’d mention that some company 401ks allow “in service withdrawals,” ie, you can take some or all of your money out while still being employed. Don’t know how widespread this is.
