As we embark upon a new trip around our beautiful sun, I would like to emphasize how important taking action to cultivate some of our own food and medicine at home is. I have written an in depth article (some might call it “a small book”) which explores all the reasons why each and everyone of us should be setting up (and/or expanding) a food/medicine garden in 2024.

I firmly believe that when we use our hands to plant seeds in the fertile Earth we are choosing a path that offers medicine for the soul, helping us to “come clean” on many levels (spiritually, psychologically and physiologically) to build a wonderful world and offering us the opportunity to give thanks to God for the amazing blessings we have been given in having these bodies to live our lives and the gift of this beautiful Earth to experience our lives on.
