School is starting, and there is talk of new mandates. For our Blast from the Past, we want to pull up all of our Covid-19 Disclosure Forms, as well as—and in particular—the form on “Parental Consent,” which can help parents and kids to protect themselves from unlawful interference in personal and family decisions by school authorities right from the start of the school year.

Pushback is necessary, and it is effective. Kaiser Permanente, for example, revoked a renewed mask mandate after only four days, due to employees standing together and not having it.

To all parents, pupils, and students: The “Parental Consent” form is important for you at this time. No matter where you live, you need to make sure that your school officials are on notice that they do not have the authority or permission to do any medical treatment, administer injections, provide counseling, diagnose illness, or carry out surveys on your children without express parental consent.

Notice and Declaration of Parental Authority Requirement of Disclosure and Safety of Medical Treatment/s

This is a form that parents can use to notify relevant parties that they do not give consent to their child being administered a Covid-19 injection or any other injections without the parent’s express written informed consent. It states that no such consent will be considered without a detailed response to a series of questions.
