Christie’s Reelection

“Our state is in crisis. Our people are hurting. Now is the time when we all must resist the traditional, selfish call to protect your own turf at the cost of our state. It is time to leave the corner, join the sacrifice, come to the center of the room and be part of the solution.” ~ Chris Christie
By Catherine Austin Fitts
Governor Chris Christie’s reelection in New Jersey shifts him on to the national and global stage. After two decades of “pretzel talk,” it is a relief to contemplate the possibility of a seasoned politician who likes people and understands what a septic tank is and why it is important.
It is a long way to the primaries and election of 2016. The real costs of bailouts, missing money and financial fraud is beginning to dawn on the American people as their pocketbook is impacted. Their fury is growing. In my opinion, “we ain’t seen nothing yet.”
With politicians like Christie on the rise, the next few years are going to be explosive – expect non-stop campaign fundraising, political meat grinders and fiscal fireworks.

In my opinion, as of right now, Chris Christie would be the perfect candidate for the Republican Party for President in 2016. Assuming that things will still be difficult economically at that time, the Republicans will need a candidate who the average person on the street can identify more with. Having a candidate who is extremely rich, wealthy, and stuffy at that time would not be the best bet to capture the swing vote under these kinds of economic conditions.
