In our 2018 Annual Wrap Up: The Real Game of Missing Money, I included a personal history to help explain why I am so confident that the excuses used to justify and cover up the missing money are bogus. Missing Money: A Personal History: 1989-2019
In my outline, the last section was going to be a description of the tactics used to slow me down or kill me—both literally and figuratively—in the process. As I finished the 2018 Annual Wrap Up, I concluded that it would be better to record and publish this material as a separate audio series.
This series is my download about the tactics I have encountered personally or have observed at close hand. I have experienced a wide spectrum of covert operations, information and economic warfare, and dirty tricks with and from both governmental and private parties. Telling stories is a great way to communicate this experience; however, because stories expand the time necessary to convey the information, I am publishing this material as a series.

This week in Part IV, I will cover Control Files, Personnel Benefits, and Financial. Indeed, continuing coverage of Jeffrey Epstein’s operation, arrest, alleged suicide attempt, and suicide gives me a case study to connect some of my personal experiences of these deep state tactics with current events.
This week in Let’s Go to the Movies, I will touch on one of my favorite movies, Trading Places. Produced by movie great (and treasured friend) Aaron Russo, Trading Places explores numerous classic deep state tactics in a hilarious comedy about a con artist and commodities executive who trade places in an engineered bet.

You were spot on with your description of the 4 levels. Levels 1 and 2 have to dot every ”i’ and cross every “t” and woe betide them if they don’t. Levels 3 and 4 on the other hand can simply call someone else to do the dotting and crossing for them or even simply make the dotting and crossing requirements disappear. Is this your own observation, or if it is an already existing theory does it have a name?
Just personal experience. I believe shadow work handicaps are extensively managed by AI software. It is an important part of making the people who control look like they are higher performance and ensure an application of the “cost of time” equivalent to the arbitrage in the “cost of capital. No name to the theory – I refer to when I am thinking about it and assessing different applications as “Shadow Work Handicaps.” Essentially cost of capital and cost of time are both critical governance and management tools in the application of control and technocracy.
Most baseball fans know that Ted Williams batted .406 in the 1941 season, the last person to hit over .400 for a season.
The last day of the season the Red Sox, out of the race being many games behind the first place team, played a doubleheader. Ted was batting .400. The Red Sox manager approached Ted before the first game and said he didn’t have to play the two games to insure he would finish the season at .400. Ted turned the manager’s offer down and said “he was going to play the full season”. How did Ted do in the doublerheader? He went 6 for 8 and ended the season batting .406.
Catherine, as you told the story about the Calpers investor stating the decision to redirect money out of American into the Asian markets in the fall of 1997 there was something also going on. Starting a few months before in July 1997 the Asian financial crisis began hitting the “Tiger economies” pretty hard as many of their currencies devalued around 40% against the dollar. I find the timing of events interesting as it looks very orchestrated, unless one believes in luck.
Off course they orchestrated. You shift out at dollar high and buy in cheap. Need to swing both sides for maximum return – particularly when you are buying in countries that normally will not permit foreign investors to buy large or controlling pieces. You need them over a barrel to change the rules
Yup, I have been watching on Prime the first season of “Billions” a very entertaining series about a hedge-fund king having a chess game match of minds against a rule of law U.S. attorney. It has corruption, wealth and influence storyline with great dialog as Aaron Sorkin has a hand in the creation.
Yes, it is entertaining and gives you a glimpse of the different aspects of the system that are useful.

Thanks for the detailed overview of how control files work. Though it may bring out some feelings of paranoia for some, from my personal experiences, it addresses how a large part of Chinese culture (not just mainland Chinese culture) is subsumed by “cultural paranoia.” In a society and culture where competition is exponentially higher than in most of North America, backstabbing, conspiring, and distrust can be the norm. Having grown up with well-educated, first-generation Chinese immigrant parents, I can relate to the constant caution in making decisions and choices, and being very careful with whom to associate. As with you, spending much time alone often is the result, but that time alone can be when we grow the most spiritually.
Regarding your comment on those finding joy/pleasure in your failures and your metaphor of crabs pulling other crabs down into the bucket, I think of the German word, schadenfreude: finding pleasure in the misfortunes of others.

There is a very courageous woman, named Elisa E, who I came to know through interviews with Elana Freeland, whom I genuinely trust. She has a unique life story to tell, and this article she wrote reminded me of the many people who have given so much for the Truth. With the control files, the surveillance, the targeted individuals, the mk ultra experiments and injustice discussed throughout Deep State Tactics, I would add Ms. Catherine Austin Fitts to the list of people still alive today. What makes me sad is lots of the population especially in the West are being groomed for the seven deadly sins in a major way. It is so widely promoted and sticking!
Elites want control over human robots but also seem scared to be alone and want vast slaves around them. I suppose you still need canon fodder sacrifices infinite whatever system is running. Probably infants too to be made in exterior incubators and for that you need source material.

Going to roll up into hard copy for the 2019 annual wrap up – hopefully make it easier, less time to digest and study. Without the experience, I did not believe it either. The result was every time the independent financial media said the dollar would collapse, I said it wouldn’t. They thought it was a financial market. I understood how all the people in that market were controlled. A matrix.
You were right, and I believed you, and suddenly I knew more than my doom and gloom friends. If it were a free market, they would be correct.
A Solari group to financial independence. I haven’t met people who trust one another enough to make it work. Now there’s an exploit, if there ever was one. They don’t trust each other.
