That’s it. I’m ditching Google. It is lots of little things, but the reality is I don’t trust ’em.
Centralizing internet data does not lend itself to promoting freedom, particularly the way these guys are doing it.

I share your concern. There apparently are ways to google anonymously, tho I’m not geeky enough to tell if these genuinely work the way they are supposed to or not (how can one tell?):
