Catherine, Having just finished reading SECRET WEAPON by Kevin Freeman in which he had referred to the work by the New England Complex Systems Institute in his book on the market manipulation during the 2008, I was excited to see this piece. It seems this group and Freeman have something in common in that they finally had to go public with what they found because when they tried to warn the Obama Administration of the past, present and the future dangers of terrorist taking down our financial systems; they were ignored. It appears that no action is being taken to make us safe. The Dodd Frank bill does not even try to control or regulate the small computer trading companies set up to handle the dark trades taking place in the derivatives market.
