GATA Goes to Washington

I just returned from Washington where I attended GATA Goes to Washington:

Bix Wier attended the conference and wrote: “Someday, I will look back at this event and be able to say, ‘I was there. I saw it happening. I participated in an event with a group of people who changed the world…for the better.’ ”

That sums up my feeling about every GATA event that I have had the opportunity to attend: the National Press Conference in 2001, the Gold Rush 21 in the Yukon in 2005, our annual meetings at the New Orleans Investment Conference and GATA Goes to Washington. It is exhilarating to be with so many smart people who care deeply about right and wrong and can demystify the Orwellian veil. It returns the world to sanity. Suddenly, wonderful futures are possible. Transformation is in the room, you can feel it, taste it.

As we did for Gold Rush 21, GATA will be publishing a DVD. You will not want to miss it. In the meantime, we have posted some of the speeches below. Hopefully, the powerpoint presentations will be included in the DVD. As more speeches are posted, I will add them here:
