This is Senator Gerard Rennick, Liberal National Party (LNP) Senator for Queensland. Unsurprisingly, his recent rant in the Senate went viral. You can feel the passion in his voice. Here is a politician who knows every word, number, and fact like the back of his hand….
We all need to support people like Gerard Rennick who are fighting for us and alongside us!
It does my heart good to see someone speaking up passionately with the facts and figures to back up his assertions in a very public venue. Too bad the Parliament was mostly empty when he was speaking. These people walk out or don’t show up when they know someone is spilling the beans. They must have suspected that he would call them out, by saying, “You showed no humanity. No humanity!” Good for Senator Rennick. Call them all out. Good for him for throwing Climate Change under the bus as well.
