Her law firm is responsible for the 7-0 sweep in our State Supreme Court ruling Whitmer’s Executive overreach roundly unconstitutional under the 1976 Emergency Powers Act as well as the 4-3 decision that the same is also unconstitutional under the 1945 variant of the same Act.
Pending further due diligence, she may be a good candidate for the Take Action Crowd Fund – Michigan could certainly use an army right now, as Oakland County has since issued its own mask mandates alongside the Michigan Department of Health now that the Executive Orders have been thrown out.
