Hero of the Week: Sept. 20, 2021: Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich
On Sept. 14, 2021, Mark Brnovich filed a lawsuit against the press release power grab by the Biden administration, stating that "The Biden administration is unconstitutionally trying to mandate vaccines that may affect hundreds of millions of Americans." This was shortly after he published a well-reasoned opinion regarding employer mandates, preventing employer mandates for health care workers in Pima County, Arizona.
Brnovich acted based on a published 40-page analysis of the relevant law. Biden spoke off the cuff, having ordered an emergency rule from the Department of Labor (DOL) which had yet to be written. We look forward to reading what the DOL produces.

Boy are you on it….thanks for posting Brnovich’s opinion Catherine! You promised it and you delivered. Will be my Sunday morning reading.
Sorry to say, but there is NO chance of a brave and ethical person such as Brnovich defending the right of individual choice in Lockstep Illinois!!! The moment I realized that patent US7776521B1 was a patent for the Covid-19 virus and that it was granted to the CDC back in 2010, I was pretty much over the hype and hoopla. I’m a nurse who’s refusing to take the cocktail of toxins because I value my life! Nor will I administer it to anyone else because I don’t want such a deed on my conscience! Unfortunately, because of the “We’re all in this together” rhetoric spewing from the mouth of our billionaire governor who has never missed a meal a day in his life, I’ll have to get licensed in a state that doesn’t mandate disobedience to God!!! I’ve lost family and friends to this global culling event but I am not prepared to lose my soul!!! Count your blessings Citizens of Arizona, that you have Mark Brnovich fighting for your right to live freely on this planet!!!

Illinois is the Belly of the Beast…we’ve been in serious trouble for decades but now it’s getting uglier by the minute!!! What’s left of Middle Class property owners get hosed while we pay for a huge population to be lullabied into not being productive. Now we’re being forced to be tagged for migration or we will no longer be gainfully employed, I wish I’d left years ago. We have more criminal politicians per capita than anywhere else. The Godfather’s grandsons run the State with complete complete impunity!!! You can buy 3 politicians for the price of one here!!
