		Step One: Rinse and prepare your fruits and vegetables for juicing.
Step Two: Juice all fruits and vegetables and combine in one container.
Step Three: Share and enjoy!
Recipe:
8 green apples
2 lemons
1 purple cabbage head
1 cauliflower head
4 red bell peppers
3 bunches of cilantro
3 bunches of red swiss chard
5 beets
1 lb carrots
ginger to taste
Makes 1 1/2 gallon

			Interesting what brand of juicer did you use? Is this for a party? Fresh vegetable juice needs to be consumed within a few hours or the potency is lost. The best juicer on the market is the Walker juicer that retails close to $2,500, but there are cheaper alternatives and quality close to $300. I owned a Champion juicer, but now I use a Vitamix. You consume the juice and pulp as well. We all 
 need to drink to greater health and I don’t mean wine.
