The US dollar index is melting down. We are headed through the fifth “lower low” since January, touching 95.63 and now trading at 96.214. WSJ says Mnuchin promises a major tax reform – the dollars will no doubt be flying into the new North American off shore haven. But will Congress let it happen this year?
