Governor Shapiro’s 502-page bill reminds me of Massachusetts Senate bill #2194 of 2001, a 42-pager drawn up (or in a drawer ready to be pulled out) in response to the anthrax cases and smallpox scare just after 9/11. Some of the “bad stuff” was pulled out, but the thought that these measures were EVER put in there and keep popping up is frightening. I sense that one of these days a draconian version will be enacted, and then the response from many will be “How did this happen?”. It will be too late.
Kudos to Jennifer for her monthly informative “health corner”, and to all the alert subscribers who provide her with excellent questions to delve into.
A ‘Public Health Bill’ including mandatory vaccination and other horrors got ‘scrapped’ last year. I very much doubt that the Dept of Health NI had the resources, or the desire, to write this all by themselves. Questions?

This got me thinking …
Suppose, hundreds of years ago, when paper money in the form of gold receipts was circulating, and you are a goldsmith ….. what would you think of the people who came into the shop every day and handed over gold for a piece of paper with my signature on it?
Would you not spend every spare minute thinking about how to rip these idiots off?
Listening to this discussion, I wonder whether we are reaching a point where another treaty, another regulation or another political movement anywhere in the world is no longer enough.
Perhaps we need to begin thinking about a new universal constitutional principle.
Every human being has the right to unobstructed access to the morally relevant reality of his or her actions, in a form that the individual can actually perceive and understand, so that free will, conscience and responsibility remain intact.
We already speak about freedom of speech, freedom of thought and freedom of conscience. But what does freedom of conscience mean if the information through which conscience can operate is fragmented, filtered, abstracted, manipulated or made inaccessible?
A person cannot take genuine moral responsibility for consequences that have systematically been removed from his or her field of perception.
This becomes increasingly important in a world of sanctions, remote warfare, financial systems, algorithmic governance, surveillance and AI. Modern systems can divide responsibility into tiny compartments: one person writes the code, another provides the data, another finances the project, another selects the target, another follows the order. Everyone sees a fragment; almost nobody experiences the whole causal chain.
Perhaps that fragmentation itself has become one of the great problems of our time.
The answer should not be another authority deciding what people are permitted to think. It should be almost the opposite: protecting each person’s ability to **see, hear, understand and experience enough of reality to make his or her own moral judgement**.
And because people do not all access and process information in the same way, merely making information technically “available” is not sufficient. It must also be genuinely accessible to the individual.
AI makes this question urgent. AI could become the most powerful instrument ever created for hiding, fragmenting and manipulating consequences. But it could also do precisely the reverse: reconnect actions with their consequences and make complexity understandable without taking away human free will.
Perhaps the next generation of universal rights therefore needs to protect something even more fundamental than information: the conditions under which conscience itself remains accessible.
Freedom of conscience means very little if we do not also protect access to conscience.
If you read the existing Constitutions and Basic Laws, they are quite good. What is missing is ENFORCEMENT. Don’t need anything new. Need to enforce what we have. Unless we do, writing something new just gives an excuse to not enforce and we sure will not then be able to enforce the new. That is why we need to shift the bank deposits, investments, purchases, media attention etc. ENFORCEMENT POWERS WE CONTROL.
Something I hear expressed quite often is the belief that government exists to protect us, followed by disappointment that our representatives have forgotten that.
Once one realizes they are responsible for themselves, and must fight their own battles, they become open to other possibilities, are less susceptible to the tricks and start to feel their own power. Then amazing things start to happen as people realize they don’t have to comply.

In this week’s show you say that Kushner and Witkoff represent ‘the Trump family grift’. That may be true, but I feel they first and foremost represent the rapidly metastasising global zionist technofascist movement, that in many ways – amongst which via Blackrock – has very large economic and domestic – ‘buying’ the natural resources, immigration of zionist Jews from Israel – interests in Ukraine, that partially is former Khazaria.
Add to that the fact that Putin is a documented Young Global Leader of the WEF, who is installing technocracy in Russia – just rolled out B2B-CDBC’s -, that most probably also has a Rothschild central bank, and who is deeply connected with Chabad-Lubavitch.
Combining the two, in my view makes it probable that Putin is simply doing his part of the zionist technocratic world take-over plan, by helping to clear out Ukraine, while stifling domestic pushback potential against that plan, by culling millions of young Russian men.
Of course, this is speculation, but it seems to make sense. I also say that after recently having spent almost a month in Russia, where a large majority of the commoners I spoke with were deeply disagreeing with the war and the course of Russian politics, making it likely Putin is not doing the bidding of the Russian people, but of another agenda, just like is happening in the West with their domestic populations.
This would mean that ultimately Zelensky and Putin are playing for the same team. Very well possible.
Agree that Putin has exceptionally strong Zionist ties.
As does Zelensky. And Trump. And Xi, a.o. via the WEF and Blackrock. And so on.
As I was going through the comments after writing the post to which I am now replying, I found several people mentioning David Icke, whom I already also wanted to mention in this reply, because if his ‘holistic’ view on power in the world.
In David’s view it is absolutely certain that Zelensky and Putin are on the same team. And also Xi, and Trump, and Netanyahu, and all others. All in service of what he calls ‘The Global Cult’. This perspective dovetails perfectly with you, Catherine, having repeatedly said publicly, even earlier this year, I believe in Money & Markets, that ‘the world is ran by committee’.
I know that David doesn’t always have all the proof for backing up what he is saying, but that he does for a lot of things, and that time has proven him right in the overwhelming majority of the theses that he has been putting out for over three decades now. Over time he has gone from being seen as a nutter, to a highly respected, authoritative voice on world politics, who has also featured on Whitney Webb and Derrick Broze’s ‘Independent Media Alliance’, and has been interviewed by a serious, kick-ass journalist like Derrick.
Therefore I feel it would be warranted and very interesting for you and David to get together for a conversation, in which you can clearly discern between truth and speculation. I think the result would be fascinating and very informative for all of us.

May I, as an Irish citizen of 60 years of age, enlighten those who were listening to this week’s ‘Money & Markets’, and the throwaway comment about Ireland. Referring to Ireland as a dangerous place is not only wholly inaccurate, but reductive and simplistic in the extreme. I am somewhat disappointed with the lack of knowledge on this issue. First of all, ‘Ireland’ usually alludes to the Republic of Ireland, which was completely safe, even during the period referred to as ‘The Troubles’. However, Northern Ireland, the British occupied North-Eastern part of the Island, a separate state which is part of the UK, is where all of the trouble was located. The violence arising from political issues in Northern Ireland arose directly as a result of an apartheid style of government and horrific human rights abuses at the hands of the NI government, the British Army, and the infamously corrupt Royal Ulster Constabulary.
Ireland is a country which survived colonisation, genocide, slavery, engineered famine, and harrowing ECB and EU exploitation during the 2008 financial crisis, but it still manages to be an exceptional place, and the label is more than a little unkind. I have lived in the US, the UK, and mainland Europe, for more than 3 decades, and have finally returned to find that Ireland never lost its soul. I feel compelled to defend her.
Not many may find this relevant or important, but it matters to me.

Will go back and listen. I certainly don’t think Ireland is irrelevant and I don’t remember saying such a thing. I do think that the MoU that we described is irrelevant = because it a distraction from the real push to control the Irish, Welsh and Scottish people. Stay tuned.
