In 2025, Solari is offering monthly online briefings for state legislators, other elected officials, their staff, and state banking associations to discuss how to protect their state’s ability to transact freely. The February 13 presentation by Catherine and Professor Richard A. Werner focused on the nuts and bolts of organizing a sovereign state bank.
