Now here I hear a magnificent radiant stream of unlimited spiritual strength which comes from the deep truth within the Russian soul : the blessing of Christ enshrined in Brotherhood.

Grandmother, a Southern Baptist, had a Christian pen pal in Russia. I think the churches associated with a mission group. I wonder if the letters were first read. I doubt it. We learned that blue jeans and dollars were big hits in Russia in the mid 60’s.
