Béla Fleck and Friends
No opioids needed to get high. If you listen with headphones, this music will tickle the best of endocannabinoids out of the gyri of your brain.
Banjo virtuoso Béla Fleck is in a league of his own. He not only brings you bluegrass music of the highest caliber but blends numerous other genres, from jazz and world music to classical, always innovative and unanticipated. It is not surprising that he has won 18 Grammys and has been nominated an additional 24 times.
Béla is the Bach of banjo.
Anybody playing with Béla Fleck has to be an exceptional musician in their own right. Next to Fleck we are hearing Sierra Hull on mandolin; Michael Cleveland on fiddle; Mark Schatz on bass; Bryan Sutton on acoustic guitar; and Justin Moses playing the dobro.
