The MAHA Moms Who Won’t Be Mollified

In a recent interview at DailyClout, Dr. Naomi Wolf, Dr. Mary Talley Bowden, and Shannon Joy reiterated their simple request directed at the HHS leadership: Remove the Covid injections—well documented as harmful, sterilizing, deadly, and murderous—from the market.

Instead of taking that step—one that Bowden views as a black-and-white matter and a litmus test for anyone professing the MAHA faith—HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., NIH Director Jay Bhattacharya, and FDA Commissioner Marty Makary announced on May 27 that “common sense” and “good science” had produced the decision to have the CDC no longer recommend the Covid shots for “healthy children and healthy pregnant women” but continue recommending them for those deemed “immunocompromised.” Both Bowden and Joy (who has a marketing background) speculate that the “immunocompromised” wording was carefully vetted and will be used as a marketing tool to scare even more parents into giving their kids the shots.

During the lead-up to the second Trump Administration and ever since, ostensible MAHA leaders have directly lobbied or pressured Wolf, Bowden, and Joy to keep their criticisms to themselves and “trust the plan.” Bowden’s response to Calley Means after recently receiving a call to that effect was, “All you need to do to get my trust is say that the Covid shots need to be pulled off the market.” After noting that neither Means nor anyone else in the “MAHA crowd” will go on record saying that, Bowden commented, “That is very telling to me.” Means has repeatedly declined Joy’s invitations for him to appear on her show and have a public conversation.

Criticizing the HHS announcement as fundamentally about “smoke and mirrors” and “word play,” Wolf, Bowden, and Joy made the following observations:

• From Operation Warp Speed on, neither Trump Administration has deviated from endorsing the Covid shots.
• In 2021, Bhattacharya confessed to Joy that “his main goal is to protect the institutions of public health and restore trust in those institutions.”
• In June 2023—well after Wolf’s DailyClout team of Pfizer document volunteers, along with renowned physicians like Dr. James Thorp, had denounced the Covid shots as dangerous for pregnant women, fetuses, and newborns—Makary wrote that the Covid shots were “probably” safe in pregnancy. In a paper just published in the New England Journal of Medicine, Makary frankly declares FDA’s intention to continue approving vaccines for “high-risk persons”—and pregnant women are, by definition, “high-risk.”
• By still recommending the Covid shots at all, RFK Jr. and other MAHA leaders are “losing credibility fast.”

The trio also remarked that HHS announced its new policy right after Senator Ron Johnson’s recent hearings, which drew on (but did not credit) the DailyClout’s Pfizer Papers to emphasize that public health authorities knew all along that the Covid shots were harming children and causing heart damage. Wolf commented, “To roll out an announcement that shows … that they’re going to keep giving the thing that’s hurting the hearts of kids to sick kids … is not an okay side by side.”

In fact, targeting vulnerable children to keep getting injected is a policy that has more than a “tinge of eugenics.” In her own deconstruction of the HHS announcement, Sasha Latypova (credited by the trio as another fierce “mama bear”) states, “[M]y assessment of the current FDA/CDC guidance for covid injections as unabashed eugenics still stands…. In fact, because the CDC was pushed to define the ‘unfit,’ their policy is even more consistent with eugenics now.”

Wolf, Bowden, and Joy agreed that the more they are pressured to keep silent and “kiss the ring,” the more they intend to speak out. Speaking directly to the MAHA leadership, Wolf stated, “No one owns MAHA, and you guys don’t get to have MAHA if you don’t deliver for MAHA.” As a mother of two vaccine-injured children, Joy stated, “There is nothing like a mother who loses a child on the day of vaccination. If they think they can do their word play, they can think again.”
