Note from Catherine: We have been informed that Paypal has frozen Sheriff Richard Mack’s accounts. We are asking for prayers for all concerned. Here is the report:

PayPal froze funds ($40,000+) donated  for the Constitutional Sheriff’s Conference.   PayPal had refused to release the funds and stated that they may refund the donations to the donors.   They cited no violation of law or regulation.  They insisted CSPOA.org was a 501C(3) and excused their actions on fear that the IRS would fine them.  It seems we have someones attention, they are afraid that this educational convention could be damaging. After a weeks worth of negotiating, arguing and demands; we believe this has been resolved, however, the money has not proven to be available as of this post.

The conference is going to go forward as planned.  Sheriff Mack is more determined than ever.  We are asking for patriots across the country to assist mailing donations ASAP to help cover the convention obligations.
