My comment on Part I was seeing the US Military as the armed enforcement branch of the BIS, which you followed up as represented with the self perpetuating board of the BIS.
Not only were countries invaded and plundered for resources and capital, they also were used as test beds, or to use the a term from Interview 1; “pilot program” for developing biometric scanning systems.
At first I struggled to understand how the BIS is functioning with Autonomy and above the rule of law in the various nation states. Law is ingrained in civil society, how can one function above it? Grasping this has been tough concept.
However I gained a better understanding on seeing govt being a private corporation, and the BIS acting as a consultant. A better term is parasitic consultant.
I’m a consultant myself, I’ll stop in a clients office and work 8 hours alongside their employees and function like one. However I’m not bound by the company policies and procedures the my client holds for it’s employees. But I insist I do not function like the BIS for my clients!!
