"Never bet against the human race." ~ Richard Dolan

Something serious just happened. The Pentagon confirmed a series of UFO videos. Let's look at what this means.

First, the U.S. government does not have information sovereignty. The U.S. President cannot speak with a foreign leader without 17 intelligence agencies, their foreign counterparts, and perhaps a telecom company or two listening in and leaking highlights of the conversation.

Second, the U.S. government does not have financial sovereignty. The U.S. Treasury depends on a group of private banks who run their accounts to market trillions in debt, but whose real amount outstanding and ownership continue to be mysteries. With the adoption of FASAB 56 in late 2018, the Treasury shifted out of a sovereign model on a formal basis.

Now, the Department of Defense, where over $20 trillion has gone missing over the last 20 years—an amount almost as great as the official U.S. debt—has stated publicly that it does not control U.S. air space. Many people have known about this for a long time—but the Pentagon just said it publicly. In other words, despite an annual official expenditure of $738 billion and average annual undocumentable adjustments of $1 trillion, the U.S. Department of Defense does not control U.S. air space and is not saying who does.

This raises a vital question: Who does control U.S. air space, and what does that have to do with the rapid centralization of political and economic control underway? As a financial matter, there is another question: What is the value of a sovereign bond—such as a U.S. Treasury bond—if the country that issues it is not sovereign, despite receiving trillions of dollars a year in taxes and investment from pensions and retirement accounts?

This week, leading ufologist Richard Dolan returns to The Solari Report to describe the Pentagon's statement, discussing why it is important and what it may mean given the unusual events of 2020.

Who's really in charge here? Is it the guys with the high-tech spaceships? Or is it the guys who own a lot of our debt? Or are they one and the same guys? This is an important question. With incomes devastated by the politically engineered shutdown of the global economy, governments and citizens of the world are falling into a debt trap. This means that central bankers and invisible creditors will increasingly control. Contract tracing may be their vehicle to kidnap children and steal assets. Riots may be a way of getting rid of the police who protect you and me. It would be nice to know who these people behind the scenes are.

For Let's Go to the Movies, I will review The Rebirth of Nature with Rupert Sheldrake. Sheldrake does an excellent job of describing the "machine model" that has been driving our scientific and economic concepts for centuries. We manage the economy as if it were a machine. We talk about our brains and bodies as if they were machines. This leads to a hypermaterialist worldview that is in the process of failing spectacularly. The question then becomes, how does life really work and how can we rethink our models to align with life? Sheldrake's talk inspires a rebirth of what is important and what makes sense.

    1) When you mention that you believe we are in an open economy, are you referring to the idea that we may be engaged in economic transactions with beings who are not from our planet?

    2) In terms of the push for vaccines and the understanding that they can make us more compatible with artificial intelligence, do you believe that the underlying push for these may actually be coming from beings who don’t live on our planet?

    1. 1. By open, I mean are engaged with transactions with civilizations that are not based on the surface of this planet. Whether inside the planet, in a different dimension or time, or off planet, they may be human or not. It is critical to realize how little we know.

      2. There is a push for injectibles. They are not vaccines. Vaccines are medicine. What is being used and pushed is something else. One goal appears to be to give AI control of us – this is not compatibility – this is hooking a person into the cloud – which means probably functionality of real time surveillance, access to thoughts, mind control and manipulation, and economic delivery of disease and death. This is control, slavery and death.

      3. The push for this is coming from humans. I have NO PROBLEM envisioning that the “Beck Brothers” would return us to slavery. Slavery has been the most profitable business in the last 2000 years. Digital technology solves the problems that got the African Slave trade cancelled. Read political ponerology. We have a pyschopath problem, now we have allowed it to get out of hand and we need to take responsibility to deal with it without “Mommy, mommy, the aliens made me do it.”

      1. gotta shorten my username ….lol….but your reference to “human”manipulative psychopaths directly equates to aliens ….people on any point in the empathy curve simply cannot relate to that reality….without directed and repeated “mental hardening”

        1. I remember well. The first secret society ceremony I was involved in was called “Turn Your Heart to Stone” – the idea being to train you to deal effective with incoherence and think with your head instead of your heart. If you watch people like Condoleeza Rice, that is the problem. They have lost access to an enormous flow of intelligence they need to understand their world. That means it is that much more important to rely on inside information – only way to keep up.

            You’ve mentioned the “Turn Your Heart to Stone” ceremony before, in passing. My ears perk up each time. I have heard about other rituals such as “Cremation of Care” for example, more on the dark side I believe.

            I don’t know about other members, but I’d love to hear your recollections about this ceremony and others, if you feel comfortable sharing. It’s so different from what most of us grew up with. And it’s very compelling, coming from you in the first person.

            I wonder for example, at what age were you during this ceremony? Was it family-related, or school related? Where was it done? Was it performed for all members of a family, or just people who were talented in certain areas, or were “tapped”? What did you know about it, in advance? Was this ceremony common knowledge, spoken openly among friend or family members, or were you sworn to secrecy?

            In any case, for what it’s worth I’d love to hear more about this, if you’re comfortable with it. It makes it even more real to hear it directly from you. Thanks as always, for what you do.

            I tend not to tell a lot about these stories as it detracts from getting across the message I am trying to send. It was a ceremony very typical of the Masons at a young age designed to make sure you knew who was boss. There was an endless series of trainings designed to get you to think with your intellect instead of simply follow your empathy. There were aspects to such training that are very useful. Every day I am appalled at the extent to which people make terrible decisions from sentiment without understanding the economics and politics of the ecosystem that they are in. At the same time, too much of this and you become horribly stupid. Our heart is our most powerful source of intelligence. The question is how to get an optimal balance.

            I also would like at least some kind of direction on where to access information about the secret societies and how they are impacting our world today. I realize you may not be at liberty to divulge information like this.. but I believe it may be important for those of us who grew up outside these spheres of influence. Are you saying this is Masonic? Family or School related as Karen Black asked? I have never even heard a reference of “Endless series of trainings” … That is even further out of my realm than UFO’s or Ritualistic child abuse… or even entrainment.
            Please can you just direct us toward this information?

          4. I would recommend reading Rappoport’s The Secret of Secret Societies and Carla Emory’s Secret Don’t Tell. Studying the Kennedy assassination or Operation Gladio are both great case studies of seeing how the secret societies operate. Same with narcotics trafficking. We have Solari Reports and materials on all of them. Deep State Tactics will teach you a lot about the tactics they use. Amy Benjamin on Secrecy will explain how so much is kept secret.

  3. I so agree on Prof. David Jacobs’s books being some of the BEST out there. Have always thought so and am glad Richard confirms. Jacobs’ research and documentation is not only thorough and innovative but also extremely courageous and eye-opening.

      Has David Jacobs perform a profile on his “abductees”? History background information. Family history, occult practices, drug usage, sexual abuse, religious beliefs, trauma.

      A few years ago I reached out to him to ask if he did a personal profiles and never got a reply.

  7. I am looking forward to your reaction of Dolan’s Executive Summary. I wish I could have attended, but I will settle to reading about it at a later date. I can only imagine what was discussed.
