Right to Digital Integrity and a Non-Digital Life
As more of our daily lives move into digital systems, we believe it is increasingly important to establish protections for those who choose, or need, to live and transact without relying exclusively on digital technology. Solari has created new model legislation, “The Right to a Non-Digital Life,” for this reason. We believe that states should begin putting protections in place now to preserve access to essential services, transactions, and participation in society without requiring a smartphone, digital ID, digital payment system, or other digital technology.
