The next briefing, “The Right to Digital Integrity and a Non-Digital Life,” will take place on September 24 from 2-4PM Eastern. Attorneys David Liechty and Carolyn Betts will lead the briefing and will be joined by special guests Tennessee Rep. Bud Hulsey and financial planner Tim Caban.

During this briefing, we will introduce Solari’s new model legislation, “Right to Digital Integrity and a Non-Digital Life,” and discuss why states should begin putting protections in place now to preserve access to essential services, transactions, and participation in society without requiring a smartphone, digital ID, digital payment system, or other digital technology.
