https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iWE1qYzNruoThe Department of Health Northern Ireland put a draft Public Health Bill out for consultation. It makes Emergency legislation permanent, and added quarantine on suspicion, and mandated medical interventions, and IMHO Anarchy.
Northern Ireland has a population of less than 2 million, so there are some questions about how this happened.

STRS has had activist board members. They are upset about not getting a COLA. I think the Big problem is that their outflows are bigger than their inflows. This pressure to do passive investing seems to show up at the tail end of Bull markets, including the tech bubble, year before the financial crisis, and now this latest long-term bull market.
