  1. The suggestions in the article are good ones.

The basic ER doc protocol to not get sick during flu season is 500 mg vitamin C every hour to bowel tolerance. Until it gives you the runs, basically.

More is not more—500 mg is max oral dose you can absorb at a time; and once you’ve reached bowel tolerance—any more that goes into the system is being processed as waste. Just don’t.

Melatonin is very interesting and I’m only beginning to learn about the hormone aspect of it beyond just sleep. If you’re not already taking it—you probably should be. The high doses are interesting. Would we sleep all day?? 🙂

In a nutshell: melatonin is antinflammatory to very specific types of inflammation.

Those types of inflammation are associated with cardiovascular disease

Those types of inflammation are also associated with cytokine storm.

That type of inflammation is happening in CVID; and not only is it causing ARDS (seem like an atypical ards—but whatever) AND it’s also injuring heart tissue.

Therefore, if you can load your body up with the antioxidants that are particularly effective in quenching those free-radicals (inflammation = free radicals aka “oxidants”); then you can reduce your susceptibility to ended up in critical condition if you catch CVID.

  2. Here’s what’s a bit tricky on this—

You don’t want too much inflammation in your body. But you don’t want too little, either.

Inflammation is an extremely important aspect of how t the immune system functions. So—the body sends highly corrosive substances to a site of injection or injury.

Our cells can shield themselves from it in real time, by creating or using antioxidants. Pathogens can’t do this.

The problems begin when the cells run out of the raw materials needed to do this (vitamin C is a crucial one). OR—when the cytokine storm hits.

Most Americans don’t—but you CAN have too little inflammation, and it can make you susceptible to infections because so much of the inflammatory bullets are getting mopped up by the antioxidants.

Omg, I’m trying to type this all out on a phone and I think it’s too much….

Earlier this week—I almost reflexively took a supplement I often take that’s highly anti-inflammatory—and instinctively stopped myself. I was in an office environment—and didn’t feel it was the right time to significantly lower my body’s oxidant levels.

    Ok—here’s my recommendation

  3. Lugols iodine. Nasal lavage with that added (or even just saline); keep your nasal passages clean right now—don’t give viruses the chance to hang out and get in.

I think it’s just really important not to get sick with anything right now, full stop. And those things will help you. Be careful with your steps; when cutting veggies. Just stay out of the system.

    1. For those of you who have not listed to Brigittes recent interviews on both iodine and breathing exercises, highly recommended. Very inexpensive and effective.

  4. Is this the law (or code) that allows the U.S. Government, Agencies or contractors to experiment on the U.S. Population without their knowledge/consent? Or is there more?

50 U.S. Code § 1520a. Restrictions on use of human subjects for testing of chemical or biological agents
    Thanks!

    1. I don’t know. My experience is the government has been doing nonconsensual experimentation on citizens with biological, chemical, digital and electromagnetic agents since I can remember.

  5. Catherine and everybody, An md I didn’t know about until this week has posted a couple of interviews which I think would be interesting to everyone. Go to *sigh* youtube and search for Andrew Kaufman’s channel. Please, as many as possible should save these vids. anyway, Catherine, the link I’m posting here is where he’s talking about what appears to be highly engineered nano-metal particles in 40 vaccines. I think you mentioned this before? Anyway, he is very well spoken, interesting and destined for suicideTM so go right away and watch.

  6. I’d like to share this video coming out of Australia. There is only one issue I have with it and that’s Indonesia is already in lock down, which it isn’t just yet. This Covid-19 madness is truly super dangerous.

  7. What are your suggestions for where we should put our capital if we take it out of the bank? Thanks!

    1. Christina:

Last night on Money & Markets, I recommend you take a look at a piece I wrote in 2016 – Where to Stash Your Cash https://library.solari.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/Solari_1st_Q_Wrap-56-pages-spreads.pdf

The one caveat was I noted that IMO to value of the federal credit had deteriorated significantly since 2016. I describe that in Caveat Emptor:

      https://home.solari.com/caveat-emptor-why-investors-need-to-do-due-diligence-on-u-s-treasury-and-related-securities/

I also get reports that the performance of FDIC is deteriorating. The feds have the power to print whatever they need to deal whatever is going on. The challenge for us then will be the price of good and household goods – and of course things done to assert control – including the possibility of cutting off the Internet, electricity etc. That is why investing in capacity to DIY or provide basic provision is sensible. Bottom line, make sure you are choosing a good bank that is well capitalized.

      1. Catherine, don’t they shoot themselves in the foot if they cut Electricity or the internet? Actually, if you cut electricity you also cut the Internet. But doesn’t that take away their power to spy on us via electronic means? No way people adhere to this social distancing nonsense if we lose our ability to connect on line. And then how will they know what we are all talking about? Food would spoil fast and disease would spread, people would die in hospitals by the millions fast as they depend only on generators. Seems like that would be a true apocalyptic last result scenario. But maybe I’m missing something?

I suppose we should all be trying to get a generator – but then have to have enough gas to make sure you can run it.
As a possible scenario, what percentage would you place on this? 5%?
