This 6-pillar curriculum teaches the basic literacy we need to be personally and financially successful and to do so in a manner in which together we evolve a culture that supports the emergence of an advanced human civilization.
Last week we published our second “Turtling for Cash” interview with intrepid cash warrior Susan Luschas. It turns out that Susan is not the only powerhouse in the family—her husband Manuel Luschas just won the primary race as a Republican candidate in South Dakota’s House District 2.
Like Susan, Manuel’s professional pedigree is that of a high-level electrical engineer, and both formerly exercised their métier in Silicon Valley. In 2020, however, California’s draconian lockdowns prompted the couple to move across country and start a new life in Brandon (five miles east of Sioux Falls) so that their daughters could attend school in person and without masks.
On his campaign website, Manuel Luschas explains that experiencing first-hand the erosion of freedoms in California is the primary reason why he is now running for public office: “No South Dakotan should ever have to leave his or her community to find freedom elsewhere…. I have been there; I don’t want to do that again.”
With a frugal, self-funded campaign (intended to keep corporate interests and influence at bay) and no social media presence (his time in Silicon Valley taught him that social media is used “to make people addicted and unproductive”), Luschas was the second highest vote-getter in the primary race, earning 27% of the vote (the other three candidates garnered 33%, 23%, and 18%, respectively). As one of the top two vote-getters, he now advances to the general election in November.
Luschas’s platform emphasizes causes near and dear to Solari, including fiscal responsibility and accountability, financial transaction freedom and the importance of cash, private property rights, Second Amendment and other constitutionally guaranteed rights, health and food freedom, and community and culture. With his Silicon Valley background, he also has a deep understanding of the digital control grid and opposes taxpayer-funded surveillance systems (such as Flock cameras), digital IDs, and other tools of control and surveillance.
Manuel’s humble grassroots campaign—he and Susan knocked on 2,000 doors—paid off in the primary, and we are hopeful that the same approach will bear fruit this fall!
