I am saddened that the US citizenry and their politicians have seen fit to once again convert an opportunity to celebrate liberty, peace, and justice and the people who sacrificed greatly to promote these values and protect into an opportunity to celebrate war and promote commerce. I say we need to re-establish the proper name of Armistice Day.
