“I don’t think we need Palantir for any of this—we need to stop spraying poison on our food.”
~ Jennifer Walters, Health Corner (Oct. 9, 2026)
In this 22-minute audio excerpt (above) from the October 9 episode of Ask Catherine & the Solari Team – Health Corner, Jennifer Walters and Carolyn Betts discuss a Newsweek article shared by a subscriber about the Chipotle restaurant chain’s creepy partnership with Palantir to create a “Food Safety Risk Management Platform.”
Jennifer suggests that Salmonella (like other scapegoat germs) provides a convenient cover story that officials can use to divert attention from the toxins and poisoning that are actually making people sick. She observes that when officials blame illness on a germ, they are also “blaming the victim,” saying, “‘It’s you that’s making everybody sick’—so you’re locked in your house.”
Carolyn comments that the proposed “food safety” platform “sounds a whole lot like [Palantir’s] Lavender program [the weaponized drone+AI targeting system that directed Israel’s “bombing spree in Gaza”], where they put in information that might or might not be … accurate, and swish it around in AI,” making decisions about where and how to intervene based on what the AI models say.
Of concern, Newsweek suggests that Chipotle’s collaboration with Palantir “could lead other major food retailers to consider similar initiatives.”
