I met Catherine in Ashland Oregon, and I love her ‘favorites’ list. I’m somebody who loves stuff like ‘what the bleep’, as well as trying to help the world change into the blissful place we know it could be. I’ve recently discovered a most facinating link:
http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=shelley+yates&search=
with a video/slideshow called ‘you can heal the planet’
the music and the message are deep, inspiring, and definitely cosmic. On the same page Shelley Yates, the inspired author, had videos where she tells her story. I hope you get a chance to see this!
Heres my favorite video on The FED:

And yet another on the Money, Banking and the Federal Reserve–Banking 101 for those of us without a background in financing. My background is in broadcasting and Free speech goes hand in hand with this issue because if the consumer does not KNOW and Big Media is currently NOT telling them- then will be harder to change. This ones long but great stuff!
