I believe the FED will probably buy off the bottom 50% with UBI direct payments, then they will use the UBI mob as a battling ram against SS/Medicae for generational conflict.
Then SS Will then join UBI and welfare will be wrapped up into one. Those digital dollars then just funnel to Amazon/Walmart, Smart Cities, and the game is up.
